I placed an order for a suit which was delivered, however, it didn't fit given the size that I ordered.
I decided to order a different size of the same suit. Unfortunately when it arrive it still didn't fit and was of a complete different colour. I am now left with two suits that I cannot fit into.
I was told to return the item along with measurements. I get fed up with all the hassle and decided never to purchase anything from them again. My item was coming from Japan.

Clothing is very good quality, but took forever to get after ordering. Says made in South Carolina but I have my doubts.

I ordered two dresses for a total of $123.48. Neither dress fit right or looked good on me. I asked to return and they offered$40 for a refund. I rejected the offer. They then offered $68. I said no. They then offered $87. Also they said I would have to pay for return shipping. I’m not going to return the dresses. I don’t trust this company to refund even the insufficient $87 when they get the merchandise back. Live and learn.

Ordered three dresses - took quite a while to receive the dresses.
The material and quality was lower than what I expected - one dress was a purple satin that looked like a graduation gown not like the flowing taffeta that was in the picture. Requested a refund - they offered me $28 on my $166 order. Emailed again - they offered me $48. Told them I did not want to keep the dresses, I wanted a full refund They finally provided me a return address in the United Arab Emirates!!!
This is not run out of South Carolina as they imply.
Still determining how I'm going to settle this because shipping back to the Dubai as they direct would going be tremendously expensive...

FRAUD! I will be writing to Consumer Reports, BBB, etc. I have the same complaint that many do: ordered 3 dresses size XL, company states this is size 16-18, and they sent what I can only guess is size 14. Couldn't even get into one of the dresses! As far as I'm concerned, THIS IS A QUALITY ISSUE, as their return policy states. And I also read that they were made in South Carolina, which is why I ordered. Nope. Figured that out when it took way too long for my order to arrive. I am a senior citizen who wanted to wear these dresses. I will not pay for something I cannot wear. The "company" fraudulently represented itself. Like some other reviews, they offered me $20, then $40. I WANT MY $163 BACK!!! Order #11675041

Still trying to return a dress that does not fit. They keep offering, first $8, then $18 dollars to keep it. Why would I want to keep a dress that I can not wear ? Will not purchase from again. Only reason I did was because it said from South Carolina. This may have been false advertising, not sure

My product met all the details I expect. I love it!

If I could give a zero I would. Nothing fit and that’s ok. They say they have this great refund policy, but they don’t! They wait until you’ve emailed them 10 times and then asks for the SKU#, which isn’t on your item. You have to go to their website to get that. Then when you get all the SKUs, they offer a $65.00 amount refund on my $350.00 refund. It’s INSANE!!! Don’t buy from this company!!! They are not in South Carolina like they advertise!!!!! They are in China!!!!

The item arrived on time and was sized exactly to the measurements on the "sizing chart."

The items I ordered were as advertised. Very pleased with the experience.

I placed a order and received it within 3 weeks. It was a maxi dress with a lite jacket they are very nice and look likes like the picture

Shipping was very expensive. Loved the outfit.

I got so many compliments on the black one I had to order the Fuchsia... Classic and Classy!

First time ordering from Cayay. Loved the items. Only returning one because I did not like the style on me. Item was beautiful just not on me.

Shipping was a bit slow so I was worried but I have it now and it's gorgeous. I wore it out with a sun hat and so many people were complimenting my appearance.
