Hello, I am very unhappy with this e-commerce.

First, they storm bloggers and promise them a 60% -70% discount.

After purchase an order, they DO NOT SEND the order receipt and product descriptions, after the completed order I was in complete silence until I got worried, no one answers the specified mailing address contact@

I managed to get the tracking track only after I found it on social networks

They sent me the products in the wrong color, completely different models and in the wrong size that I ordered in #11139

I wrote to the specified contacts refunds@ but they also DO NOT ANSWER

Now I have to spend my money and send the goods back to them ... I remain without goods and without money?!!!!

I'm just shocked by this service !!!! They are really liars, their account its scam.
I demand that my money be returned to my bank account and I will demand block your Scam business in Google and Facebook

I am ambassador and have received two workout pieces from Fitzeri and I like both of them. The designs are flattering and the material is comfortable. Also, my brand manager is responsive and a I receive the items in a reasonable time.

Hätte noch schlechter gegeben, wenn das möglichst wäre.

Ich wurde über Instagram penetriert dort zu Kaufen und mit einem Botschafter -Auftrag und Rabatten gelockt.

Nach langem hin und her, habe ich ein Produkt gekauft. Als das kam, dachte ich es sollte ein Witz sein. Die Sportleggings war nicht in M sondern XS.
Also schickte ich das Produkt zurück. Und jetzt springt die Katze aus dem Sack:

Ich musste Versandkosten nach China selbst tragen- mehr als das Produkt wert war.

Dann sollte meine Rückerstattung kommen - 2 Monate verspätet.
Nächste Katze aus dem Sack, die Rückerstattung wurde mit dem Dollar und Gebühren belastet von Seiten Paypal.

Am Ende blieb ich nun auf meinen Kosten über 100€ sitzen und renne dem Anbieter immer noch hinterher, das ich das Geld haben will. Bis heute rührt sich niemand.

Auch Paypal hilft nicht mehr, weil die Käuferschutz Frist von einem halben Jahr abgelaufen ist, obwohl ich auch paypal kontaktiert hatte im Laufe des Vorgangs.

Augen auf beim Sporthosen Kauf - sage ich nur

My items too months to arrive. You can tell they are made from cheap material. As a previous ambassador I never received the commission I was owed. When I asked about this the staff have been nothing but rude. The brand in a few words would be cheap, a fashion knock off and sorry but you don’t know how to run a business. Never would I shop with you again and I will let all my friends know too. Nothing but terrible experiences. And the fast you asked me to write a good review to outweigh all the negative ones

I read a lot of bad reviews but I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. In all life experiences, we are the ones who have opportunity to bring our magic to every situation. I purchased a pair of red/black/white jeggings from their collections list. I'm totally impressed! Great for working out at a gym with weights for example, however have to adjust when dancing - needs more elasticity for heavy movements. Besides that, I can't wait to purchase more items, lol.

I absolutely love the top I can’t wait to wear it out to the gym or dance studio! I ordered a pair of shorts and it was a skirt I was a little sad bc I excepted shorts and they are a little big on me but I’ll throw them through the wash a few times and hopefully they shrink a bit :)

Größe ist ebenfalls wie angegeben.
Bin sehr zufrieden und würde wieder bestellen.

I ordered leggings and a top. Leggings are made of nice material, but I chose a size too large, it is better to take a smaller size. The top, when tied at the back, emphasizes the waist nicely, even if you don't have a waist. I made another order with smaller leggings, can't wait.

I love all the items of Fitzeri, they are made with high quality materials, and you get exactly what you order, i mean, there are brands with great pictures but when you get them, they look nothing like the picture you choose.

Ich war wirklich gespannt auf meine 1. Bestellung und muss sagen, ich war sehr überrascht über die Qualität und vor allem über die Passform. Das Material schmiegt sich wirklich optimal dem Körper an und kaschiert an den wichtigsten Stellen. Das beste ist immer, wenn man schon in den ersten Sekunden beim Anziehen merkt, wie toll es sein wird und genau so war es. Ich habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an die Artikel verliebt. Sie sind wirklich sehr schön und bequem.
