Excellent service very fast dispatch and delivery

Easy to deal with, quick dispatch had to return one of my items and was easily done.

What makes this company great is they went above and beyond to install my NVR. FEZ was brilliant from the technical support and when discovered the product was incompatible the company refunded instantly. I would strongly recommend this company. Thank you FEZ.

I only went in to buy a cheap DVR replacement but the gentleman was extremely helpful & even swapped the hard drive over for me. He even reassured me help was a phone call away if I needed any further assistance which I did as firstly I couldn’t obtain a picture on the screen then I couldn’t set up on my phone. Faizal was incredibly helpful & talked me through the process & sorted my issues. Highly recommended, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
