Summer 2026 will be my third year joining the Work and Travel program with CCUSA. They’re affordable and incredibly helpful, whenever I need something, they respond quickly and provide all the information I need. Through this program, you meet people from all over the world, experience different cultures, and find yourself in completely new situations. It’s so much fun, and every year I come back home with a heart full of friendships from the USA and beyond. Honestly, I wouldn’t change this experience for anything.

I had a really positive experience with CCUSA overall. From the beginning, the application process was straightforward, and there was plenty of support along the way. The team was helpful with paperwork, visa guidance, and preparing for camp life, which made a big difference, especially going abroad.

Working at camp itself was such a rewarding experience. It gave me the chance to meet people from all over the world, build strong friendships, and develop real skills like communication, leadership, and adaptability. Every day was different, and seeing the kids grow in confidence over the summer was honestly one of the best parts.

There were definitely moments that were challenging—long days, being out of your comfort zone, and adjusting to a new environment—but that’s all part of what makes the experience so worthwhile. It pushes you in the best way.

The travel opportunities after camp are also a huge bonus. It’s such a good way to explore new places and make the most of being abroad.

Overall, I’d really recommend CCUSA to anyone looking for a summer that’s a mix of fun, personal growth, and travel. It’s not always easy, but it’s 100% worth it.

This is my second year participating in the CCUSA Work and Travel program, and my experience over these two years has been incredible. They always respond super fast when you write to them and do their best to resolve any issues that come up. What I appreciate most is that they guide you very well through the process (which is a bit long), and it feels shorter because they give you instructions for every step, which is really appreciated. I am about to start my third summer with CCUSA and I honestly wouldn't go with any other agency. They make everything so easy for both new applicants and returnees by explaining the whole process step-by-step. They are a massive help with the visa process and organize meetings to make sure you have all the information you need before you go.

Maud, the head of the Netherlands office, is absolutely lovely and always responds to emails super fast, which really helps when you're trying to get things organized. They truly care about you and keep in touch throughout the summer to make sure everything is going well at camp. It’s a wonderful agency and I would choose to go with them a thousand times over.

5th year going with CCUSA to work at a summer camp in the USA & cannot fault them! They are so reliable and very fast at responding. They help you every step of the way and ensure you’re on the right track with visa applications, getting a secure job that fits you, application process, etc! Super easy and seamless process. As a 6th year returner I just wanted a simple process and CCUSA certainly provides that. Dave is always there if you need anything! Would recommend if you want to spend a summer as a counsellor in the US!

This was something I had never experienced with other camp agencies - it was nice that CCUSA checked up on me whilst I was at camp, they made sure I was getting the summer they promised. I would like to say that I headed to camp America in 2025 and went through CCUSA. They were really quick and helpful with any problems I had along the way and made sure that I got through to the absolute best camp I could have asked for. Dave was especially helpful with getting my visa and other information needed.

A great company for anyone looking to try a summer camp in the USA or Canada. They have the most friendly staff who support you along your whole journey: before, during and after camp. Their fees were very low with a sports bursary and they guided me through the process of visa applications and admin very well. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get into summer camps.

There were a lot of fees that the company charged before going to camp that other agencies did not charge. The information and advice provided by the CCUSA representative was helpful, but it was not worth the significant cost, especially when camp salaries are low as it is.
