I really loved going through Americamp, as from the minute I was thinking of being apart of the summer camp all the staff I had spoken to helped me so much and never made any of my inquiries seem stupid or not worth

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to share how fantastic the AmeriCamp team has been. I have just finished my full application and the whole process was incredibly quick and easy to follow.
The customer service is second to none; they provided clear, step-by-step instructions at every stage. I’m definitely someone who calls up with 'ridiculous' questions, but the team was always attentive and reassuring. They never made me feel small or like my questions were dismissed. Even though I haven't left for camp yet, the application process has been so smooth and stress-free. A massive thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience!

Speed of response for issues is slow. Unnecessary change to Matchio when Intrax worked perfectly fine, compounded by the fact that Matchio had several software issues gatekeeping progression. My application not saving progress delayed me 2 weeks in January.

if you are not doing anything over the summer then I really do recommend going Americamp. Somehow this helped me find my first job even though I live in the UK. They give you plenty of information so you know what you are going to need to do and what needs to be provided.

Super easy to apply and really helpful with any problems or questions I had

Really helpful and supportive agency to get hired with. They support you every step of the way and give lots of hiring opportunities like online and in person hiring fairs. Only thing for me is there was only 1 camp fair in London and for people in the south it’s much harder to get to the north in time so would be nicer to have another one in London. However the London camp fair was very good and there was lots of support and camps there to get hired. There is so much email guidance so you don’t get confused through all the process and overall just a great company to work with. Very happy I chose Americamp!

As a first-time applicant, I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. I’m currently at the visa stage and already successfully placed at a camp, and everything has been absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The whole process has been smooth, clear, and really well organised. Whenever I’ve had questions, the AmeriCamp team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They’ve made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting instead.
Getting placed at a camp was such an exciting moment, and I felt fully supported throughout interviews, paperwork, and preparation. Even though I haven’t arrived at camp yet, I already feel confident and ready thanks to their guidance.

The camp was really well organised and there were people all around to help with any needs, it was really enjoyable!

Although as a first timer applying for camp is extremely difficult and confusing a worker from americamp gave me her number and if i ever struggled with anything i could message her! this came in handy and it was very confusing applying for a visa as it always is. I loved camp and there are always people online that are willing to help you just have to do your own research which i feel helps you prepare and become that little more independent rather than relying on americamp to do all the work! i went to the camp fair in manchester and got placed within the first 15 minutes of being there! I loved that camp so much and have made friends for life, experienced different cultures and bonded with the children. I can’t wait to go back next year! if anyone else is applying for camp 2026 and is struggling don’t hesitate to search on tiktok or even email americamp for an ambassadors email or number!
