AmeriCamp  Reviews

They’re so helpful with any questions. They go into detail about what you need to do even if it’s a little thing

Overall absolutely amazing definitely good company to go with help you throughly for new people.

The team at AmeriCamp have been amazing! Throughout the process they have been so supportive and friendly!

Speed of response for issues is slow. Unnecessary change to Matchio when Intrax worked perfectly fine, compounded by the fact that Matchio had several software issues gatekeeping progression. My application not saving progress delayed me 2 weeks in January.

The right hand doesn't talk to the left.

if you are not doing anything over the summer then I really do recommend going Americamp. Somehow this helped me find my first job even though I live in the UK. They give you plenty of information so you know what you are going to need to do and what needs to be provided.

Super easy to apply and really helpful with any problems or questions I had

Really helpful and supportive agency to get hired with. They support you every step of the way and give lots of hiring opportunities like online and in person hiring fairs. Only thing for me is there was only 1 camp fair in London and for people in the south it’s much harder to get to the north in time so would be nicer to have another one in London. However the London camp fair was very good and there was lots of support and camps there to get hired. There is so much email guidance so you don’t get confused through all the process and overall just a great company to work with. Very happy I chose Americamp!

As a first-time applicant, I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. I’m currently at the visa stage and already successfully placed at a camp, and everything has been absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The whole process has been smooth, clear, and really well organised. Whenever I’ve had questions, the AmeriCamp team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They’ve made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and exciting instead.
Getting placed at a camp was such an exciting moment, and I felt fully supported throughout interviews, paperwork, and preparation. Even though I haven’t arrived at camp yet, I already feel confident and ready thanks to their guidance.
If you’re thinking about applying for camp for the first time, I highly recommend AmeriCamp. The support, communication, and overall experience have been outstanding so far!

Just got hired today through the camp fair. The AmeriCamp team has been a massive help with getting my application sorted. They’ve also been really quick to answer any questions I’ve had and clear up any misunderstanding or confusion on my part. Thanks so much guys!!!

americamp has been very organised and helpful. Massive thank you to alice who made sure i was ok at the fair and helped me go back and speak to more camps she is so good

The camp was really well organised and there were people all around to help with any needs, it was really enjoyable!

Although as a first timer applying for camp is extremely difficult and confusing a worker from americamp gave me her number and if i ever struggled with anything i could message her! this came in handy and it was very confusing applying for a visa as it always is. I loved camp and there are always people online that are willing to help you just have to do your own research which i feel helps you prepare and become that little more independent rather than relying on americamp to do all the work! i went to the camp fair in manchester and got placed within the first 15 minutes of being there! I loved that camp so much and have made friends for life, experienced different cultures and bonded with the children. I can’t wait to go back next year! if anyone else is applying for camp 2026 and is struggling don’t hesitate to search on tiktok or even email americamp for an ambassadors email or number!

I had the best experience doing Americamp this year (2025)!!!
They were so helpful in getting me placed through their online hiring system, as well as answering any questions that I may have had.
They provided detailed instructions on how to apply for my visa, I would have been lost without the guide they sent out!

i was sold the best summer ever but i actually had such an awful experience at camp i mean americamp is probably the best agency to do it with but i mean the money is so not worth it 🤣 like some of the stuff i saw was so not worth the money or the time

From start to finish, Americamp have been so supportive. The process was very easy and straightforward, and the staff have all been brilliant! Any concerns or questions I had, they responded to almost immediately, both by phone and email. They did everything they could to ensure I had the best summer; they even helped and were very concerned when I had a small injury. Americamp has made my dream come true, and I'm desperate to do it all again in 2026! Thank you for everything.

They walked me step-by-step through the process, explaining everything, and their hiring portal paired me with a camp that I love. And now I’m in America on an amazing summer camp! Thank you Americamp!!

I had the most amazing summer of my life supported by AmeriCamp they were so informative and helped me through the whole process.
I really appreciated how much they kept in touch and made sure I was supported from when I signed up to while I was at camp!
Would recommend to anyone! x

Americamp is the Best company to go with they make your process so easy and enjoyable. Not only that they also go above and beyond to make sure your 100% ready for a life changing experience would recommend highly
