My purchase was sent to the wrong address. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after emailing back and forth with the company as well as with FedEx.
My confidence was too shaken to accept a redeliver from the company. I opted to get my money back instead.

Antwoord van CelestaPro
Dear Carolina,
Thank you for your review. Please note that your case is very rare but it happens and the shipping process is totally beyond our control as we are not a shipping company. We do not cover FedEx work methods and delivery/response schedules. In your case, we do the same as you but from our side, FedEx did not confirm the whole time that your parcel is lost and we were not able to process a refund or resend without this confirmation. As they confirmed it we contacted you immediately but waited for your response for 3 days.
Hope for your understanding.
Best regards,
The CelestaPro Team
