You’re a great company with great products. But I am having problems with payment after trying many times. I went to a different company that I don’t like as much but I had no problem excepting my payment.

Great seller for aesthetic products
Celestapro has great products and excellent customer service. Products are shipped quickly and are carefully packed.
The prices for the delivery could be a little less so that more single orders are possible.
They offer special prices and discounts quite often.
Overall a great seller and good customer experience.

Aweful more expensive that alternative sites. Implus they ship by fed ex so had to pay additional 20 dollars for duties. Also they dont direct bill my card so i had to pay through a stupid third party website that has thier own service fees. It seems cheaper but in the long run i paid 50 dollars more. Will never order again

Antwoord van CelestaPro
Dear Jessica,
Thank you for ordering on CelestaPro.
We appreciate your honest review and will be working to improve our services.
Unfortunately, some processes are out of our scope and we can not influence them:
-customs (we can not influence it as each country has its laws which should be strictly observed by their citizens, it is totally beyond our scope to change country laws),
-courier companies (from our experience we choose only the best service so that the parcel will be delivered to our customers in the fastest way possible),
-payment processing (we would be happy to offer you a card payment option, but it is prohibited to accept payments through card systems online as they classify aesthetic products as drugs/pharmaceuticals, that's why the only option left is direct wire bank transfers).
Our main priority is to provide the best service and we are working hard on improvements every day.
Hope for your understanding.
Best regards,
The CelestaPro Team
Excellent attention to costumers.

Excellent products!!
Excellent products!!! And the shipping was incredibly fast. I am already planning my next order!!! Thanks so much. (Loved the gifts. Thank you so much. You know how to make a customer for life!!!!😉).
I trust them and would recommend them.to anyone who wanted a responsible and trustworthy company who has authentic products at a fair price with consistent communication throughout the order from the day it arrived which was less than 4 days. It's hard to get domestic service like that so thank you so much Celestapro.com!!!
If you want to hear more about how great they are just look them.up on YouTube and see all the loyal clients and learn more about the amazing products they carry that are all endorsed by the KFDA!!
Love Celestapro!!!!

Great Customer Service
Even after a mix up with sending my order to the wrong address, Celesta Pro was able to resend a new order to my correct address. This is my third time shopping with them and I will continue to shop with them.
