I trust the company
I confess that before purchasing I read the comments on this site, my experience was wonderful with the company, they send the order on the same day, and it arrives here in MS within two days, I had no problems with delivery, first I made a purchase of $101 to see if it wasn't a fraud, and then I bought it in bulk because the value is low. They send gifts inside the box, I was delighted!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Nightmarish experience. Package didn't arrive with Fedex bc Fedex are unprofessional. Only two attempts were made, according to Fedex -- I was waiting since early in the morning on the 1st day, Fedex didn't call nor showed up.
I asked CelestaPro to reschedule a 3rd delivery. It hasn't been rescheduled. It's has been already more than 5 days -- I still don't have the product. It's most likely spoiled, so I asked to be returned and a refunded. No response from Celestapro.
CelestaPro management: it's easy to be nice to customers when there are no issues, but the way you handled the issue with Fedex made me realize that customers' satisfaction is not your priority.
Customers no getting packages and ignoring customers when they ask you for a refund -- it's a guarantee that your business will go down.
CelestaPro, answering to your reply:
You have not even canceled the package yet, you should have canceled and refunded already the item.
You haven't done anything to fix the problem. Please save your words.

We are sorry that you've faced issues with receiving your parcel.
Unfortunately, it is beyond our scope to control the work of the courier company (FedEx), and due to the time difference, it isn't easy to process your request promptly that's why we recommend processing such issues with the FedEx local branch office on customers side as it will be the fastest way.
From our side, we have made everything possible so that you'll receive your parcel. After the payment was received and confirmed we shipped your order the same day. After we received your request to reschedule the delivery, we made it promptly and FedEx made a second attempt to deliver but was again unsuccessful. Further requests from you were made during non-working hours.
Please note that our working hours are from Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm in the Korean Standard Time zone.
Your reply was sent and received on Saturday, 2:34 am which is not working hours.
We understand your frustration but after a close review of your case, unfortunately, a refund is not possible as we can not take responsibility for not receiving the parcel due to the customer's shipping address issues, phone issues, or any other reasons related to the customer side.

Takes a lot of trust to direct deposit hundreds into a bank account in South Korea. I was nervous, but trusted the reviews and the honest reputation of south Korean sellers. They came through! I got my items safely in good condition in record speed and even have little gifts. A grateful and loyal customer has been earned!
