Shipped productto the wrong house and then they charged my for the product I never got. The website is a big joke the people that fun it are incompetent.

It doesn’t matter how good the product is because their shipping and customer service is terrible. I had an auto shipment and at least 7 or 8 days past and it wasn’t even shipped but I was charged for it. After multiple emails over couple of days finally it shipped but no replies to my emails. I have had multiple issues with them shipping my products but they darn sure charge me right away.

What happened to this company’s love for the people using their product? The ingredients have changed. There is NO energy anything. I bought a container, made a drink and nothing happened?? No extra energy for my workout, I am Very Highly Disappointed in your product

Very sad when I finally received my Cellucor Molten Chocolate (which I tasted before years ago and thought it tasted so good I sought it out recently) ; i read the ingredient list and realized these were terrible. I did not expect to see Sucralose, AceK, and both artificial and "natural" flavors in the powder especially for what I paid for it. (over $65.00). All the protein powders I currently use do not contain sucralose or AceK or any of the other cheaper sweetners that bloat or aggravate IBS sufferers when taken. The internet contains much adverse information from clinical trials about these sweetners. Now If I buy a powder that is sweetened it is a stevia or monk fruit or allulose or nothing. There are many quality protein powders out there that contain safe ingredients. I used to get your powder and your preworkout Extend which Im guessing has sucralose in it too? Anyway, Do you think you will ever make the molten chocolate flavored protein powder without the artificial sweeteners or sugars like sucralose? Are you moving the company in the direction of more natural and cleaner ingredients for those of us that are trying to stay healthy? I appreciate your time. Thank you.

I Drank the new c4 Hawaiian Punch and I was doing my workout. Usually I feel the tingling sensation and it's not bad but this time it was like immensely over the top and when I was doing my workout my heart started racing a lot more than normal. Remind you one can. I started heavenly breathing and I collapsed. When people came over they realized that my breathing was getting shallow and I was almost stop breathing. When the ambulance got there they put me in the ambulance and took me to the hospital where they found out that this one can was supposed to have 200 mg of caffeine. Ended up having tripled that inside the can. I don't know if somebody screwed up the factory or what but it almost killed me. I was close to flatlining. I just want you guys to be aware of that and I want others to be aware of that that they need to be careful of what they drink. Anything with this chemical in it should not be allowed in cans at all.

This company lacks customer service. I ordered 3 cases that were supposed to come in 2 different orders. The package that was supposed to contain 2 cases of C4 was actually a pre-workout powder for someone else. Shipping label was for me, packing slip was for someone else. I get it happens.

Contacted customer service and they said they got my proper order sent out. When it arrived it was only 1 case of C4. Had to contact customer service again. They said they would ship my final case out. That was 2 weeks ago. Status shows order. I’ve reached out several times to find out when it will ship. They said it will ship soon and refunded my money for 1 case. Still waiting and not getting any new response from customer service than, we refunded your money.

This company’s customer service is TRASH!!!!

I just had a C4 Skittle drink for the first time about 30 minutes ago and I regret it so much. My skin is tingling, on fire, and itchy. It feels like my lips are about to break out, I am trying not to scratch but this is painful. I am so upset. I am in class and embarrassed. What is in this drink that is doing this? I have never experienced this with any other energy drink in my 40 years. Please, please stay away from this drink.

Horrible customer service. I have sent 4 emails and left to voicemails with no response. Finally sent the items that were missing, and they sent the wrong items.

I ordered about a month ago and didn't realise whatever I did would have them ship another one. I got ahold of them 3 days before it shipped when I seen an email saying it was going to. They still let it get shipped when I said I didnt want it and now I also have to deal with an overdrawn bank account and to ship it back to them. Makes it even worse that whatever they changed in their c4 ripped makes me nauseous, Which I've taken it for MANY years besides the last one because I was pregnant, And I've never had a problem but now, not a good experience. It doesnt mix well anymore, taste REALLY disgusting now and had me puking! So why would I want another one?!

Do not order product from Amazon. Mine came in smashed, neither Amazon nor Cellulor would help me with replacement.

I have been using C4 for five years. after two months recovery,now I want to buy another one, before I was using high dose cafien ultimate C4 but now after facking corona vaccine I can’t use ultimate because of my heart beat, I can only use original and I use only 3g it gives me a lot of strength and focuses now I want to order another one I hope C4 don’t use too much acid and chemical stuff or (Sucralose and Acesulfame k,) This two substances are toxic and make cancer it’s worse than sugar because of marketing they use this to substance and it’s very very bad for health I prefer sugar in preworkout much better, thank you so much I hope C4 change this two substance and mixture for our health and benefit.

I have always had great customer service and I really like some of the products.

I am a frequent buyer of their whey protein and C4 Ripped pre workout. Both of these products have been working well for me for close to 10 years.

I usually order direct from the company since it’s a little cheaper than going to a supplement store. Keep your eyes open for limited edition flavors.

Horrible shipping time during the holidays. Their shipping department took over two weeks to send the order out and the entire time they blamed the shipping company who hadnt received the product.

I ordered two bundle packs and after five days I was still waiting to receive my order so I called and spoke with one of the team members (Doug) and he let me know that they had so many people order that package they could not keep up with filling the orders. But he told me no worries I will fill your order today and express ship it. Well there was a problem with that shipment not Cellucors problem, it was the shipping companies problem but I called Cellucor back and they fixed the problem that day and I received my packages the very next day. All good things about this company from my view.

I have to be careful with pre workouts. Some powders mess with my heart too much. Cellucor products are the best for me because they don't mess with me but give me the boost I need. Seriously, try it !!
