I came for revision surgery after having my first surgery in the UK. Having previously suffered from nasal polyps and ongoing nasal issues, choosing the right surgeon was incredibly important to me. Like many people considering surgery abroad, I was naturally nervous and researched several clinics before deciding on Dr Cemal Haci, and I am so glad I did.
From the very first consultation, Dr Cemal Haci truly understood what was needed. His English was excellent, and although translators were available, I hardly felt they were necessary. He explained his surgical approach clearly and in great detail, in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand without overwhelming medical jargon.
What impressed me most was the level of care and attention I received. Knowing I had travelled from the UK, he went above and beyond to calm my nerves and even cleared his schedule to focus solely on my surgery, giving me as much time and attention as possible. That level of dedication is rare and made me feel I was in the safest hands.
After surgery, he personally checked in on me, spent a great deal of time answering all my questions, and made sure the hospital staff looked after me exceptionally well. The team checked on me around the clock, and the standard of care throughout was outstanding.
Having now experienced surgery in two countries, I can honestly say I regret not coming to Dr Cemal Haci the first time around. His professionalism, skill, attention to detail and genuine care for his patients are exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering surgery.
A very special thank you as well to Mustafa, the coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. He made sure both my friend and I got to the hotel safely, kept checking in on us, and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. His support, kindness and organisation were first class, truly a five star coordinator.

I had surgery with dr Cemal in August 2021. I came from Poland because I wasnt confident in any of the doctors we have here. After a video consultation we aranged a date and I came to Istanbul. During the final consultation dr Cemal made a photoshop simulation according to my preferences and noticed something I wasnt aware of. More specifficaly the fact that I wanted to keep a little part of my hump. The surgery went well, I had no pain at any stage and the stay in Acibadem hospital was very comfortable and I felt safe during the whole time. My primary wish was to improve my breathing and also make some minor esthetic improvements. The result satisfies me and I recommend dr Cemal for anyone who knows what they want. Doctor listens, is very patient, there is good communication with him, knows all the latest advancements in the rhinoplasty and is affordible. Thank you dr Cemal. I am happy with my result.
