I purchased a personalised leather notebook with pen and gift wrapping. The gift was delivered on time, beautifully wrapped and the quality of the notebook was superb. The recipient loved it . This is my second notebook purchase. They make perfect gifts. I appreciate the attention to detail .

Unfortunately the Journal I purchased was not fountain pen friendly as advertised. This was the second one of this type I had purchased and the first was fine. I contacted CentralCrafts and was dealt with by a lovely lady called Charlotte. She listened and understood my issue and said that they would take the matter to their manufacturer. In the meantime I was offered to wait for a new journal, or a full refund. I opted to swap for a slightly different journal which was with me the next day. In a world where we are quick to criticise I feel it is only right to praise CentralCrafts for the professional manner in which they dealt with me. Would I use them again? most certainly. All of my previous purchases have been of high quality and problem free. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a poster for a Christmas gift on 12/10. The company sent me a tracking number on 12/21 and the package has not moved. I contacted the company via phone, text, and FB messager and was told by multiple people that my one item was going to be shipped. It is now 12/24 and the only thing that the company did was print the label. I guess this is a gift that is not going to make it by Christmas and this will definitely be the last time I order anything from Craft Central company.

We were very happy with the order placed. The album is very beautiful, well done and truly elegant. The shipment was very fast and we were very satisfied with the customer service who reimbursed us the customs fees, showing careful care towards the customer. If I have to buy another album, I will definitely take it back from them. I recommend it to everybody.

Have now purchased two of the highest quality leather bound albums with choice of beautiful colours and option of personalised gold engraving. Packed them with photos of our twin great grandsons and the family are delighted!

I'm really impressed with this company. I ordered a leather journal embossed with initials two days ago. I received an email shortly after apologising that the one I had ordered wasn't in stock but giving me numerous options. I chose an alternative that they recommended at no extra cost.

It arrived today! It's excellent quality and the embossed initials look lovely. They had gift wrapped it in a lovely box with a bow and a pretty tag with my message on.

It's for my partner's birthday and he is really happy with it.

Excellent customer service, product and efficient delivery, 10/10. Will be using again.

I bought a leather personalised journal for my husband for our 3rd wedding anniversary and it's absolutely stunning.
