My order came quickly, great packaging. But most of all lovely quality products.

EDITED TO ADD: Poor customer service that became rude when I left my review. When I cited that this business had had multiple unhappy customers, provided proof that his staff was rude, they then comment on my review claiming the very behavior they are displaying. This company is lacking in professionalism and the understanding of the value of customers. I do not recommend doing business with them based on my experience.

I am an investigative journalist and know how to deal with the general public. This company does not. They make allegations against customers rather than choose to deal with their needs in a calm, professional manner. Buyers Beware

I ordered a product from the web, and am based in a different country. The item was a lot darker on their website than it actually was when it arrived. I contacted them to return the item, which went fine, but upon my return, I was never contacted by them that the item had arrived. When the refund price was drastically different than my purchase price, I was then told shipping was not refundable because I 'changed my mind'.

No, I did not. The item color is clearly darker than in real life and that is not my fault. Furthermore, having worked in customer service for over 35 years, there is a way to deal with customers/customer service.

The item itself was cute, but imho not worth the price they charged. Now I am out $20 for paying for the return shipping AND not being refunded for the initial shipping.

I would not buy from this company based on my experience. I highly urge customers to do research before dealing with online businesses.

Central crafts were efficient and incredibly helpful when it came to helping us choose the perfect product for us. Their team (especially Charlotte) was hugely informative and spent a large proportion of time catering exactly to our needs. As a business we would highly recommend Central Crafts to anyone.

Prompt service, received an elegant journal, worth the price paid.

I bought a personalised leather journal for myself, which is beautiful. High quality and comes with a dust bag to keep my journal in. Comparatively good prices and excellent value for money. Delivery was prompt too, which was a pleasant surprise as I had my item personalised. I will definitely order again.

Ordered a journal for my friend in America almost 4 weeks before his birthday. After failure to send me a confirmation email I had to write in and was informed it had been sent day after purchase. It still hasn't turned up. Unacceptable in my opinion and I won't be using again.

Goods were for a last minute gift. Delivery time critical and Central crafts provided.

The package was resistant and the paper very pretty. The delivery was punctual: the only issue was the tracking which was not available (maybe for the package was delivered outside of the UK).
As for the product inside, it was perfect and high quality.

Excellent photo album, wife was over the moon. Fast delivery and brilliantly presented . Would recommend to anyone who wants a quality, reasonably priced leather photo album. Thanks CentralCrafts.

I was looking for a decent photo album and came across Central Crafts. It's a little pricey and would have been good to know VAT is excluded from listed price but overall it's very good quality. Happy it's made in Italy

Given as a present and our friend was delighted. I also had to telephone to make an amendment and this was dealt with professionally. Order process was not the easiest I have come across, leading to the aforementioned amendment but overall excellent.

Lovely, quality photo album, received by next day delivery. I have bought other photo albums in the past and have never been disappointed. You can order from this company with full confidence.
