Best managers ever!
These guys have been so good. I was paying twice as much before and the service is so much better. I can see everything I need online and I still have a dedicated property manager who does routine inspections, leasing etc. Much better model. Really happy and I've been telling all my friends.

Love the team
Love the team. I bought four investment properties over the years and just want the rent collected with minimum fuss. Had a tenant that was in arrears and they got them back up to speed. Really stoked. Communication is good too. Whenever something goes wrong they let me know. Not normally one to write reviews but these guys have been good.

Expect Harassment and abuse
Ive been personally harassed, threatened and abused by this agency. I hold no lease with them but they are attempting to blacklist me regardless.
Upon asking for clarification of claims of damage or rental arrears ive received such emails from their office including "Go away you psycho" "Please seek help you are unwell" "You are nuts, literally a pyscho" "Go away you oxygen theif".
The most unprofessional business ive ever encountered.

Impressive. Professional. Key to a smooth process
I have to say that I am very impressed with the service and professionalism provided by the team at Certainty Property. It was a smooth process from start to finish, from our first meeting with Cameron to signing the tenancy agreement with our tenants.
They were extremely pro-active in terms of finding me the RIGHT tenant for my property which was very important. Their communication was excellent and I was informed every step of the way.
They went above and beyond, even took the time to educate and go into details of landlords insurance with me. It's safe to say that my property is in very good hands.
I'd highly recommend them to other property owners that are looking for professional and hassle free property managing company.

Impeccable Service!
Cameron is an excellent operator, with a genuine interest in his clients and a willingness to always go above and beyond for them. I was really impressed with Certainty's service and the unique business model, which gave me great piece of mind. Great service for a great price
Couldn't speak more highly of the team. We were being charged 5.5% and paying monthly admin fees, fees for routine inspections, new lease fees with our previous property manager. With Certainty Property we just pay a flat 3.9% and get much better service.
