Scam
Was having a bit of fun and paid 50p for 2 IQ tests - the next day 2 x £39.90 was taken from my account! I called them and they claimed it was clear on the website that I was signing up to a subscription. I’ve been back in and there is nothing mentioning a subscription near the pay 50p box!!
I called them and they offered me a refund of 1 of the amounts but only if I didn’t contact my bank or post a review ‘you can have one or the other’
I asked if it was a scam and he said no because I answered the phone!!!
Not sure where all these 5 star reviews are from - my daughter and I both got the exact same score of 105, we have both done numerous tests in the past and got figures totally different from that so doesn’t even work.
So disappointed in humans sometimes 😥

Scammers. I purchased a 0.50p in test and 2 days later 30.90 was withdrawn from my account as subscription service. They expect you to read the fine print in terms and conditions. The subscription is not mentioned clearly on website when making transaction. All emails went to junk and even they did not mention a subscription. They refused to refund the amount. extremely misleading and unethical. Stay away
I have called and they tell me I agreed to a subscription. T and C’s are a tick box and don’t require scrolling through.
Customer service were rude and unhelpful and continued to refuse refunding.

Not even worth the one star it's an absolute joke. Wasn't told about the almost £40 subscription charge and have cancelled the subscription every month for about 4 months and am still being charged consistently. I've emailed multiple times and they only agreed to reimburse me for one months subscription (July)after I sent them a screenshot evidence of the email I'd had from May stating that the subscription had been cancelled. They then said that no further payment will be taken as my account had been cancelled but here we are in August and they've taken another payment. Do NOT sign up for this.

Absolute scam they offer 50p for an iq test then charged me monthly at £39.90 claiming that i’m apart of the subscription which i have tried to cancel multiple times but they have charged me for 3 months now totalling £119.70. Absolute joke biggest scam I’ve seen. If i don’t get refunded i will be taking this further to court.

carte bancaire débitée, rapport jamais envoyé, le n° de téléphone en France renvoie sur une boite vocale, les pages web en lien dans les courriels sont inexistantes, les courriels restent sans réponse. Je surveille l'absence de retrait supplémentaire et informe ma banque.

Payed £0.50 for my results only to get an internal error and the results were nowhere to be found. Can't log in as my account 'doesn't exist' and now they're trying to charge me a £40 subscription. I have emailed them and still no response and I'm unable to cancel this £40 subscription.

Beware of this website! Once you pay for the first £0.50 charge for the IQ test, you’ll be charged monthly subscription at £39. I’ve cancelled it by emailing them but they responded like it’s my fault as I didn’t read the consent properly. If you mention that in a sneaky way that most people don’t notice, there’s a clear intention that you’re deliberately tries to make you fool. Completely bad UX. They said they wouldn’t refund me £0.50 as they mentioned it in their website, although I didn’t receive any result given the website kept showing “internal error” in french way, I’m not going to bother further communicating with this company. Regardless how much they charge, it’s just a bad tactic.

Beware of This Scam Website
I recently had a highly disappointing and costly experience with this website, which I now believe to be a scam. Initially, I was led to believe that I would only be charged a nominal fee of 50p for a service. However, this turned out to be a deceptive tactic.
Approximately 40 hours after using their service, I noticed that £39.90 had been taken from my account. This was an unexpected and unauthorized charge. I discovered that this was part of a recurring monthly fee, which I had never knowingly agreed to.
To make matters worse, the automatic transactions continued, and I have now been charged this fee four times, amounting to a total of £159.60. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue by emailing the company, I have not received any response or refund.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and has cost me significantly. I strongly advise others to avoid this website to prevent falling victim to the same scam. Be wary of any hidden fees or unauthorized charges.

Won't even give a one star..stay away from going on this website. When you try their service at the end they ask to pay you for your certificate and few days later £100 pound deducted from my account without my consent from thus website..I had to block my card and had went to bank urgently leaving all my work to get another card..fraudsters company.

An update: l was able to finally contact the business and after sone pressure, which l do not feel l should of had to do l recieved a refund for the following 2 months, l paid for the first initial iq test???. So l am hopefully that will not happen to others, but my thanks to the agent that helped me.
My Daughter signed up for the 5 pound iq test, but being 19 years old did not read the fine print. so now we have a monthly bill, my daughter has tried contacting the phone number which was no longer in service, I am contacting my credit card company, but l would prefer that the certified iq people contacted me.

SCAM - received no results, can’t log in, payments taken, terrible customer service
I paid £0.50 for an initial test. The result emailed to me would not open. The login details sent to me did not work. I tried changing password multiple times and still could not login. 2 days later I was automatically charged £39.90 despite never having received anything and not being able to login. Not being able to login meant I couldn’t actually cancel the automatic renewal payment. I have emailed the company multiple times over the past 2 months and also spoken to someone over the phone. They just keep saying “it’s been escalated to another team” but after 63 days of this back and forth I’ve realised this is just a scam company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
EDIT: I received a refund a week or so after I left this review, but my rating remains the same given the details outlined in the original.
