Did an IQ test from Certified IQ and paid 0.58£ for it, then this month (May 2024) got charged with 2 payments of £39.90 and I haven't been made aware of a subscription! Waiting for a refund !

Scammers - don’t fall for the 50p to get your results nonsense. They take WAY more 2 days later.
They hide it away in the terms and conditions and DO NOT put it up front knowing full well. Man on the phone tried to insult me when cancelling. Disgusting practice.

Unforeseen Charges.
My partner and I used the test and paid 50p for the results. We had no problem with this, assuming the website was trustworthy. However, my partner was charged £39.90 two days later, and I was charged the same amount a week later, supposedly for a subscription we never knowingly signed up for. When I contacted them, they insisted that we had indeed subscribed to their website and refused to issue a refund. I explained that there was no information about any such subscription on their website. Now, I’m waiting for them to get back to me!

this experience doesn’t deserve any starts what so ever. I have been scammed. Do not do this IQ test it is a big scam. They make you think you are paying 50p for your results but charge you £40 every month and when i spoke to the man on the phone he was incredibly rude and insulted my intelligence. Do NOT to this test.

Beware of this scam
I did IQ test twice from this service for which I paid 50p each. I didn't sign up for any subscriptions.There wasn't anything in their website about the subscription and I never expect this as a scam. After a day or two they have taken 39.5 pounds twice from my same account for subscription. So, I lost a total of 79 pounds all of a sudden without any previous notifications or emails. I have sent an email for refund.

Worst service. I think they literally live by robbing people with that scammed monthly subscriptions. I don't see info anywhere about monthly charges. If you guys are genuine, why don't you be bold and print it in a proper font educating people about subscriptions? There is not even a '*' symbol anywhere. Cheaters!!!

I have been waiting to talk someone for two weeks
I have emailed 10+ times and I get an automated response.
I have called numerous of times and the phone rings out.
Please could I have a refund due to the hidden subscription fee. I did not wish to subscribe to your membership. The fee is not clear (as you of course know) and it is not fair you are taking peoples money.
As a customer I am entitled to a refund. Your customer service is extremely poor. Please could I speak to a someone about this urgently.

This is a scam
This is a scam, not a real company. Does not provide the service they claim to offer which is an IQ certificate. I paid 50p, then had £39.50 taken from my account. I telephoned and asked that they return the money they took as I received no service. I was advised I had subscribed so they were entitled to take the fund. I asked for that to be cancelled and money refunded ASAP. Still waiting don't use. Not located where they say they are. 30/04/2024; 2nd email received asking for more information or review will be removed. Outrageous, no response to my emails and or money refunded. Unsure what more information they would require.

There's literally a tick box that says "confirm that I have ordered an unlimited monthly membership access at the rate of £39.90 with a 48 hour basic membership at the rate of £0.50". I bet their IQ score wasn't very high haha

Bunch of criminal scammers
If I could give no stars I would. An absolute scam and bunch of thieving criminals. They offer the iq test for 50p but what they don't make clear is that within 48 hours you will be charged just shy of £40. Disgusting. This company should be shut down. They make it really hard to find how you can take your account off their charging scheme and none of the information makes it clear that's what they are doing. Don't ever go near this bunch of criminals.

Scammers don’t trust the reviews
All the 5 star reviews are obviously bots do not use this service they charge ‘$0.50’ but what they include on the small print is they will charge you $40 a few days later for a subscription. I luckily always read the fine print but stay away from this company they don’t include any of this information till you finish the test
