This is either a scam site or so poorly maintained that there is zero communication with the purchaser. Item paid for 17 days ago was indicated one in stock. Item has been awaiting a carrier for transport every since. ZERO response from all forms of customer service. BUYER BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM Certified Parts.com.
Pathetic.. Lying and Poor Business Practices
My experience seems to be like the rest. I'm three weeks into the order. The had sold 60 and had nine in stock. I was told one time it was going in the mail that day (should have been my warning sign). The second time was told that the product was inbound. Gee... They advertised it was in stock. Based on what I see here, it's surprising I even got those lying responses. Time to call the credit card company.
If I could rate them minus 1 million, I would,
If I could rate them minus 1 million, I would. Buyer Beware - Never shop with them! There is no customer service.
April 18 – Order placed for Glass Microwave table $44.00 and Turntable Coupler $11.95. Total order $55.95.
April 25 – Order received. Turntable Coupler was missing from the box. I tried to call Certified-parts as they stated that they had 24/7 support. They were closed. I suspect that they never had the part when I placed
April 27-29 – I called their number on the pacing slip in the box 20 times. No one ever answered the phone. After a few rings, a recording comes on stating that all reps are busy and it directs one to the site for on-line chat. I tried on-line support which also states that all resp are busy and to leave a detailed message which I did 3 times. I never received a confirmation that they were received.
4/28 – I emailed the CEO J Grafft hoping that this would escalate my issue. I never received a response.
4/29 – I decided to check my original email order confirmation and saw an address to email support at. I sent an email.
4/30 – I received an email confirmation (with ID Ticket #7855) that they received my complaint and that the team was reviewing it. No indication of how long it would take.
5/1 – I sent a follow up email to check on the status of my ticket and received no response.
5/6 – I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute.
6/12 - My credit card company informed me that the dispute was resolved. A credit of 11.95 was posted to my account

placed an order 1 months ago haven't received it left message every day for 2 weeks called to every one busy will contact you.Bunch of shit
Do they really have any Parts?
Like the others posting here (I wish I had checked here prior to my order) - I am now two 6 weeks in on my part which was showing in stock. I even received confirmation it was received by shipping and going out, but never a tracking number sent.
Emails just result in a 'ticket' being created. Chat online, says they're there, you get connected, and ... you're asked to email.
Calling tomorrow for refund. I should have bought this part on ebay.
why does this company have good google reviews?

The company didn’t send the parts and didn’t refund money, just wasting of my money and time. It’s just a scammers

If I could do it zero stars I would- complete scam of a company. If you purchase from here, assume you will not be able to contact anyone via email, phone or online chat for anything.
Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time - This merchant unfortunately gives other reputable online retailers a black eye.
Our very old dishwasher needed a timer. Certified-Parts.com website showed that they had the necessary part in stock with corresponding picture.
Ordered & they changed my card (less than $100) & sent a somewhat convoluted email invoice indicating that they charged my c. card (which they did).
Then crickets - waited 7 days - no correspondence/shipping data - I called multiple times no pickup - left VM - support email on website address got bounced back. I then responded to a the charge email address and got an automated bounce back response from a totally different vendor. Now over two weeks have passed since they charged my card.
I initiated a charge dispute with my very good CC company. Once my CC company got involved - miraculously certified-parts.com got religion and responded to my weeks prior request and cancelled my order.
My gut is this company runs somewhat of a fraudulent activity. They imply that they have the part in stock/on hand when in reality they have no intention in fulfilling the order. They take your $ and hope with the relatively small amount (under $100) people will just give up and write it off.
Their reaction once the my credit card company got involved implies that they know their deceit is revealed and they immediately react in order to not be delisted by the CC companies.
The sad part is their deceived customers wait for weeks for a nonexistent part to repair and get functioning their necessary appliance (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). Not only does certified-parts.com tie up the customer's money (at best) they have no intention of fulfilling the customers request thus unnecessarily delaying the customer's ability to get on with their lives. We got a new dishwasher installed after being without one for a month.
Scam Website
Scam Website - stay away - they never answer the phone, never sent the part I ordered - they can take the $90.00 and choke on a free dinner!! you are a scum bag and Karma will find you!
Got the part I needed
The website looks a little suspicious, and I saw nothing but bad reviews. But no other store had the part I needed and it wasn't too much money so I took the risk and placed the order. I had to wait a week for them to ship the part, then another week for it to arrive at my house. The part is used and smells like cigarettes but that's fine. It was listed as "New (Salvaged/Open Box)" when I ordered it. Despite being called "new" I already expected it to not be new. And it's just a piece of plastic. Nothing mechanical.
I would order from Certified Parts again if I can't find the part anywhere else or maybe if they are selling a used part for much cheaper than new, and I'm not in a hurry to get it. It's a legitimate business but they need to do some damage control with all these bad reviews floating around and the slightly scammy looking website. The other thing that feels scammy is that they list price levels for parts. Like "used" or "refurbished" or "open-box" or "new". Something like that. I'm not 100% convinced that anything they sell is going to be new. The business behind the webstore is a recycling company. They're tearing down old appliances and selling the parts online. If I needed something like a motor I would want to know more about the real condition of it before ordering.
I ordered a microwave door
I ordered a microwave door. After receiving the receipt email, I heard nothing for over 2 weeks. Emails weren't returned, and online chats went unanswered. When I called, they finally said the item was coming in a couple of days. That time came and went. More emails. Finally, I demanded a refund a month after ordering the part. I haven't seen the refund clear my account yet - we shall see.
Just hope you don't need to return anything…
They all shipped the part as advertised but then I ended up not needing it. Trying to get ahold of a customer service rep to issue me the RMA# was absolutely ridiculous. No one responded to emails or the chat app for a few weeks. Finally I was able to return the part but was only refunded 1/3 of the original cost because of some refund loophole they use to keep most of the money for themselves. I wouldn't order from them ever again.
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. nearly impossible to get in contact with them. cannot get a refund on my returned parts.
Ordered a washing machine part in…
Ordered a washing machine part in August and received an order confirmation stating that I would receive tracking information soon. Tracking information was never sent, and I never received the part that I ordered. Trying to contact their customer service is completely fruitless - I’ve tried to get ahold of them 5 or 6 times and have never spoken with a person or received the promised callbacks. The money has been paid, and I have no recourse for a refund as I authorized the payment. I would strongly advise caution in ordering as in the event of an issue, it seems unlikely you will ever get a resolution.
Thank you Certified for your help
Certified had the part I was needing part no WH12X10293 washing machine timer which no one has in stock currently. The part works great. Their service was prompt and professional.
Return feature purposely deactivated?
Ordered a microwave part from Certified Parts. Part arrived 2 weeks later, and it was the correct part. Certified Parts website states they have a Hassle-Free Returns policy. Attempted to return the part within their 30-day time frame. The part is unused and still in original packaging. Numerous attempts over a 2-week period to use the website 'Returns' link, never recognized my order number and zip code. Contacted Certified Parts 3 times via their e-mail support address, with no response or guidance on assisting me to initiate this return. There are many other vendors out there who provide much better customer support. I could be wrong, but suspect Certified Parts does not have an inventory, but they will order your part from another vendor, then send that part to you. And any returns would create a storage/inventory problem for Certified Parts.
