Excellent service and arrived safely.
I was a 1st time customer and registered for 1st purchase 10% discount. However the code did not arrive by email until sometime after I had to place the order, so I paid full price which was disappointing.
I wrote to request that it be applied retrospectively but sadly I never got a reply!

We ordered 2 of these mugs as a gift for a friend in the US. They were individually boxed and arrived extremely well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company.

Product arrived faulty. The back was missing from the clock and the clock had clearly been removed from the box before as interior packaging was torn.

Chalk interiors were not prompt to respond. Then asked for photos. Then nothing from them for 3 days. Still awaiting confirmation of what to do. Only a £20 item and this is really irritating.
No phone number to contact them. I would not use again.
