Bought the most gorgeous bell jar ceiling light which was reduced to £75.00. It looks absolutely amazing in the hall. The staff are so lovely and helpful. All of the stock in the Chiswick store is beautiful, I will definitely be back.

My second purchase of a chandelier from Decorexi and I am, yet again, very pleased with it. I had looked in various shops and online, but when I looked in Decorexi I was able to see the quality of the crystal which I think is superior to a lot of others on the market. Their pricing is very competitive and I received excellent personal service and advice from Lynn.

Fantastic customer service - the lampshade was exactly as described unfortunately it arrived with a number of dents (not a good look for a silk lampshade). Lin was outstanding and arrange a replacement which arrived just after the Easter break in pristine condition. Amazing product and exceptional customer service - would definitely recommend and use again

Firstly, I was delighted that my beautiful Pomeranian was welcome in the shop. Decorexi is the most beautiful shop which can easily become very addictive. I love it sooooo much. It's absolutely impossible to go out of that shop without purchasing an item. Their items appear to be carefully chosen with gift ideas for everyone!! I felt very welcome and would understand why anyone would want to meet the shop assistant again as she's so sweet and approachable. I'll be back for sure.

I orded 2 chérubins they came in a short time, well packaged. They shop kept me update and called me when they were in the shop to collect.
