I am currently purchasing through Chalk Street and have been impressed by the company. I have dealt mainly with Faye, who has been a great. She is always on the ball, quick to respond with updates, keeps me in the loop and has a direct approach and cuts straight to the point without any nonsense.
The company works off set fees rather than %, so you feel they are working harder for their money with smaller margins of profits made per sale. I would recommend both Faye and the company in general based on interactions to date.

Found him so very helpful too he always kept you up to date always replied to any messages and as a seller or buyer there not easy times so that made you feel at ease to sum it up he made the whole process easy, we got plenty of viewings too

Finding the right estate agent isn’t easy. You need to move forward with one who makes you feel comfortable, confident and (let’s face it), not ripped off. Jack arrived as the first point of contact and we were more than happy to sign up with what he offered. We then have dealt mainly with Faye who is a great communicator. She kept me constantly in the loop with updates and I trusted her judgement when deciding who would be the best fit as a buyer. Her due diligence was spot on also with verifying potential buyers. Chalk Street are the best estate agent we've ever worked with, we are so happy we went with them, they have been brilliant. Jack and Mandy have been great, the whole team is friendly and professional. In particular, Mandy is so fantastic at her job. We had a difficult move (no fault of Chalk Street but due to issues in the chain) and Mandy was so on top of it. She kept us updated, did the work of all the other estate agents in the chain, by chasing all of the estate agents and solicitors in the chain. She really went above and beyond. I honestly think it would've all fallen apart without her. We can't express our gratitude enough.

Jack has been really helpful, available and willing to guide through the process. Got offer agreed and progressing quickly.

I cant thank Jack and Mandy at Chalk Street enough. After a couple of terrible experiences with some other known local estate agents we found Chalk Street. They were responsible for the sale of my home and then our forward purchase. Jack found us the perfect family home in the exact location we wanted.
With my sale, they were exceptional in vetting all the viewers making sure nobody was going to be wasting anytime. The same process was on me as a purchaser.
As the sale and purchase progressed I was transferred over to Mandy who was an amazingly kind, patient and supportive person. I am not the most patient of people and because we had fallen head over heels in love with our new home, I was just so stressed that things would go wrong. But Mandy handled it all the way through to the end. Im now sitting in our amazing home, handpicked by Jack and sealed by Mandy.
