We had been looking for a suitable rental property for some time and with DM found just what we needed
Chiara and Evie were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the referencing process and at all points were a joy to talk to .
Sadly we had a change of personal circumstances that meant we could not complete the letting procedure and whilst that must have been frustrating for them Chiara in particular when we spoke with her was very understanding.

Chiara, Evie, Ariella, and Wendy have been fantastic throughout our entire tenancy. From booking the initial viewing, to formalising the agreement, all the way through the tenancy itself, right up to terminating it at the end - every step was handled smoothly and professionally.
