Chris recently came to my house and valued my property; the information and knowledge he had about the Epsom market was impressive as well as advising me on all the hurdles with new legislation. Within 2 weeks he had found a lovely family to move in at the start of June. Communication throughout has been outstanding and I couldn’t recommend Chris enough to any other landlord who is contemplating renting their property out in the Epsom area.
