Challenge Central Reviews 

This is my first time doing an ultra distance with Challenge Central. Alan/Steve and Mike catered for everyone’s needs accordingly to run a great event. I look forward to the next one.

We're a fitness business and have used Challenge Central twice now as part of the '3 Peaks' Challenges. First we did Snowdon, June 2024 and now Brecon last weekend. These are great challenges for our Fitness Members to push themselves out of their comfort zones, to socialise with other like-minded people and achieve goals they only dreamed of.

Both of these events have been challenging, but enjoyable. Training is required, however they're not enduring where you lose the enjoyment.

For our Brecon challenge last weekend, Alan, Steve & Trev were awesome on the day, the weather was absolutely glorious and we also had a BBQ half way around our challenge! Which was absolutely delicious!

But more importantly, the team are so knowledgable. And for us as a business, ensuring that we're in safe hands with expert leaders is key.

All the thought and worry is taken care of by the team at Challenge Central. Not just on the event, but immediately once you've signed up for an event.

The planning, itinerary and details are always spot on and no question is deemed too small.

Both events we have completed so far have ran smoothly and we absolutely cannot fault anything with Alan and the team at Challenge Central.

We're already looking at dates for our next '3 Peaks Challenge'.

I did the 32-mile (55k) ultra walk over the weekend from Hertford to King’s Cross. This is my second year doing this long walk with Challenge Central — truly an amazing experience! It was so well-organized, with plenty of stops and great refreshments. I never feel like I’m walking such a long distance. Time passed easily with the rest of the walkers. Steve is excellent at looking after everyone, and he makes the walk feel easy and supportive throughout. Looking forward for next long walk. Keep doing it Steve.

Steve from Challenge Central was absolutely amazing! Always checking in on us to ensure we were happy, knew what was happening and everything was so well organised. Will definitely be reaching out for future adventures!

I spent 5 days with Steve from Challenge Central trekking the Slovenian mountains and the experience I had was superb. There was a group of 14 of us raising money for a truly magnificent charity and although we were all strangers to start with, we left feeling like family.
From all the info we needed in advance , with a clear itinerary of what was to come, to meeting with Steve in the reception of our hotel upon arrival, he made this trip one I will never forget. His hands on approach and personal care throughout the trip made the whole team feel extremely safe and in the best hands. He tailored things to suit our requests and nothing was too much trouble. It was clear that he wanted us to have a really special experience and his understanding and care shone brightly. There was something for everyone and we all had our own personal goals we wanted to achieve , which Steve made possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hand held adventure, where anything you desire is possible!

Absolutely amazing! Steve king came on our trek to Slovenia for 3 days with grief encounter. He was part of the group, involved in such a nice way, and tailoring the trek to everyone’s individual needs (even remembering everyone’s dietary requirements!) . He took into consideration what everyone wanted the trek to offer , and delivered. You can really see and feel how passionate he is about pleasing others, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Am hoping to plan another trek and will be using steve and his team !

I had the write this review to say a huge thank you to Challenge Central for the most amazing few days. Steve aka Kingly was the kindest human!!! We all knew what we were doing, where we had to be and he did EVERYTHING to make sure we were all happy. Thank you Steve, you're the best :)

For the fifth time Challenge Central provided exceptional support and advice before the event and continued to deliver during testing weather conditions.
The route was explained and monitored throughout. We will be back for future events.

Amazing support Alan , Mark and of course my hero Dave couldn’t have completed this challenge without your incredible one to one support ! Deffo would book a Challenge with you again . If you would have me 🤣 .

Alan and the Challenge Central crew provided an absolutely water-tight support operation for our Herbalife ride.
I would not hesitate to book another ride with these guys.
Mark was really knowledgeable and all went like clockwork.

This was the second year I've done a 4 day 300 mile bike ride with challenge central.

And it was epic once again.

True Challenge Central style we were well supported! This was my furthest distance to date, and even though we had no control over the weather, spirits were high and Steve and Mike kept us going.

If you’re looking for something a little different and a way to challenge yourself I definitely recommend this walk.. very scenic and flat!

I had been wanting to complete the London to Paris cycle for a while - and it did not disappoint. The team at Challenge Central were brilliant - and shout out to David for making sure my bike/gears worked! The trip is incredibly well organised, lots of laughs and dragging myself up hills. Would recommend CC to anyone looking to cycle to Paris!

London to Paris had been a goal of mine for a while and I can wholeheartedly recommend CC. They’re a super friendly lot, really encouraging and committed to getting everyone to the finish line. I was a solo female cyclist on my first long event and it was really good fun, a proper adventure. Plus I raised £1500 for Macmillan, it’s a win win. Just book it, you won’t regret it!

Had a fantastic time on the London to Paris cycle trip. As expected, it wasn't always easy but it was so worth it, the whole team were always on hand to ensure we were supported and getting the best out of the experience. The trip was very well organised and the team were prepared for anything that got thrown their way, nothing was too much trouble and snacks galore! I would never have thought on day one that by day three I wouldn't want it to end, it was incredibly enjoyable and rewarding, will be telling everyone about it for years to come! Thanks team!

A smashing weekend cycling from London - Paris in aid of MSF (Doctor's Without Borders) with the CC crew. Steve, Alan, Mike, David and Rob were absolutely brilliant. We were three colleagues from work and loved the ride. Great organisation, punctual and above all a very friendly group. Definitely recommended!

Very well organised trip from the original meeting point right through to the end point in Paris, the support team are very professional and also very friendly, they quickly work out what level of cyclist you are and tailor your experience to suit your ability, great meeting other cyclists and seeing the beautiful French country side and villages.
