Professional detailed survey with excellent communication

They responded to us very quickly and report was prepared much faster than we expected. The report contains all information we needed.

Used to buy my first home and couldn’t be happier very inform report found things you wouldn’t normally look at definitely recommend first class service

Communication was prompt, never felt like we were just left hanging. When we got our survey report back it was easy to understand, highlighting potential concerns with the property without catastrophising what were ultimately fairly minor issues.

I couldn't recommend LMB highly enough. They helped to make our experience as FTBs as smooth as possible, and it's always nice knowing that you're also supporting a local firm.

I am buying a house at the the other end of the country and am unable to physically view it so, a survey, was a must. Everything was arranged by LMB, they liased with the estate agent and everything was completed within 10 days of initial contact and the report was emailed 2 days after the inspection. I was amazed at how in depth and detailed the survey was and it has proved invaluable.
