Excellent FTB experience
Communication was prompt, never felt like we were just left hanging. When we got our survey report back it was easy to understand, highlighting potential concerns with the property without catastrophising what were ultimately fairly minor issues.
I couldn't recommend LMB highly enough. They helped to make our experience as FTBs as smooth as possible, and it's always nice knowing that you're also supporting a local firm.

I am buying a house at the the other…
I am buying a house at the the other end of the country and am unable to physically view it so, a survey, was a must. Everything was arranged by LMB, they liased with the estate agent and everything was completed within 10 days of initial contact and the report was emailed 2 days after the inspection. I was amazed at how in depth and detailed the survey was and it has proved invaluable.
Very impressed all round.
I would highly recommend Lewis Boakes and LMB.

Very professional and efficient service…
Very professional and efficient service from LMB Residential Surveying. The Level 2 survey was carried out promptly and the report was clear, detailed and easy to understand. It gave us a good overview of the property and highlighted the key maintenance items without being overly alarmist. Communication was smooth throughout and the report was delivered quickly after the inspection. Would happily recommend them to others purchasing a property.
