Highly recommend
I haven't got any knowledge of house. I couldn't even understand the report. But I was fully explained by the staff(nice lady). And was given a lot support and was told what to do next. Really really appreciated. I believe not many people buy the house many times. Possibly only once in a life, I would strongly recommend this company to someone who buy their first house.

Fantastic service
I'm in the process of purchasing a house as a first time buyer, and LMB has been extremely helpful so far. Not only was the survey report completed and sent to me quickly - easing the burden on the already lengthy process - but my surveyor, Lewis, has been very open and friendly in the contact I've had with him, as well as offering his time to answer any additional questions. The pricing was also fantastic for a Level 3 survey, and I'm very happy with the quality of the report. In future should I decide to move house, I will definitely consider LMB for my survey again.
