The skirting and other timber products I ordered are high quality. The delivery was on time and the driver was very helpful. I ordered the same products for another room and would definitely use them again.

I was able to order online, was called to arrange delivery, received text to confirm and goods arrived as promised.

Easy to order online, quick delivery, and delivery driver was very helpful.
Annoyingly the oak stair rail I ordered had water marks on it, which was very disappointing for the money spent on it.

Champions have good quality timber. Generally all the timber I have bought from them over the years has been of better quality than that sold by DIY shops and builders merchants. It is all kept under cover. Other yards are outdoors and the timber is often soaked. The yard staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer a free cutting service whilst you wait. They also have an extensive shop for tools, fixings and hardware. I have also checked their prices against competitors and found them to be reasonable, especially when you take into consideration the quality of the materials.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them for all your timber needs.

Took a sketch of an idea with measurements to Sutton Branch and Adam skilfully provided the materials cut to size with specialist screws discussed with Steve and put through till by Grant. They were all professional efficient and offered their expert advice as they could see I didn’t have any skill. Thanks to their expert cutting and advice I was able to complete the project in a few hours. Definitely recommend them. They told me prices in advance and even put a refund through when they discovered there was a cheaper option than the one I had originally asked for. Great work. Excellent customer service.

Bought a 0.9m length of 4 by 3 timber staff are great but made a big mistake by not asking for the price £26 i could not beleive it as it was already cut obliged to buy it ASK THE PRICE FIRST !!!

Basically it is buyer beware i did not know they had all the diffrent grades of timber and was not made aware that i was being supplied with the most expensive timber !

I recently visited Champions (Bromley Branch) to get some decking boards. Staff were incredibly helpful, they calculated the number of boards I needed, carried out several cuts and provided an all round fantastic service. They went above and beyond ....and with a smile! 😊

Contacted the Dorking branch on the phone to discuss requirements for small job. Very helpful excellent advise, Free delivery which arrived on the day of my choice

I bought some timber for an outside frame and outside gate. It was delivered and the wood was dripping wet and it had been walked over as I had to take gravel that had become embedded in the timber's depth. I rang up within a day to complain and was promised a refund if I returned the timber. I bought replacement timber from B&Q which was much better as they have a builder's depot. I returned the timber to Champion and the yard staff just shouted at me despite my providing the order number in writing on a post it that I left with them. I never got the refund just a quarter of it and sought, recovered the rest via my credit card company. Champion are a large company they should treat their small customers better.
