Whilst Chants were our vendors agents they provided an excellent service. They were very professional and updated us at every step of the sales process even providing information on our own sale before our own agents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Mark and his team sold our house very quickly but problems occurred within the chain, if it not been for the determination of Mark, Vicky and Lisa our sale could have fallen through. A very big thank you for all the work you put in.

I met with 2 other agencies who gave me low valuations and tried to impress with graphs, etc but didn't seem bothered if they got the job. From day 1 of meeting Mark I felt he was friendly and honest, the communication was spot on and I wasn't made to feel like I was asking stupid questions (as a first time seller I needed to ask a few!) The valuation was the best I received and I had an offer very quickly. Mark offered me good advice throughout the process and the rest of the team were also kind and helpful. Highly recommend Chants, they're may not be the biggest agency in town but they could easily be the best!

Highly recommend Chants Estate Agents. They sold my property within 3 days of putting it on the market. I had several offers within the same week. They found me a sound, reliable buyer, and got me a good price.
Mark and his team helped me throughout the whole process, and regularly progress chased it, right up to completion. We chose Chants to sell our property because I'd met them previously when buying, and they struck us as the most knowledgeable and honest. I am happy to say our instincts were correct. Mark gave me a realistic evaluation rather than trying to reel us in with a huge figure, and kept me updated every step of the way. The sale was not an easy process (tenanted flat, pandemic etc) but Mark and the team never gave up. They didn't stop working until it was sold, even though it was just a small property with a relatively small commission. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Mark and his team have been great during the process of my house purchase. Despite the process taking a long time (due to solicitors delays), Mark kept in touch with updates and helped to speed up the process whenever he could.

Mark Chant and his team are excellent estate agents. They are friendly but not too over familiar. Their charges were the best from the estate agents which I met in Yeovil but this didn't negate the service which we received. They ensured that I was kept up to date throughout the sale of our property and offered advice when appropriate. In particular Mark went above and beyond to ensure our sale completed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chants Estate Agents.

Chants estate agent were very helpful from the start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble for them . Mark was always there for advise . The girls Vicki and Lisa very friendly . Chants on the whole exstreamly professional Estate agent .
