Excellent service without the hard sell

Can’t recommend these guys enough, we went several times to the show room and asked loads of questions, all the guys there especially Aidan who dealt with us were brilliant, this is our first ever car on pcp so it was a big deal for us and that was recognised and appreciated by them, unusual for car sales as they are normally just after the sale, there was no pressure and that was why we went with them, Aiden was a font of knowledge on the car and answered all the little questions that you have and the deal we got was excellent.
Really professional outfit great service will be going back for our next car to these guys.

Been buying cars from Chapelhouse…

Been buying cars from Chapelhouse Southport for years, I have never had any issues it’s so nice to go in and feel welcome the guys always go out their way to help - the manager dan and wes made it so easy for us to decide I went in sometime last year before our holidays they even spent time chatting with us asking how it went I was amazed they hadn’t forgotten - you aren’t just a customer with little details like that it made the experience so much better definitely go and see these guys

Dan gargan couldn't do more for us

Dan gargan couldn't do more for us, we came in and enquired with the help of our daughter Anita, we went through everything including a test drive, which was amazing, and also placed an order, albeit it took longer than we thought, but Dan reassured us and kept us informed, we are thrilled to be picking up our new car today and couldn't recommend chapelhouse southport omoda and Jacob enough,they are brilliant, we will be back soon!

1/5 stars - Took my car in for a major issue, paid for repairs, and it's still driving like trash 😒. They didn't even bother fixing the main problem. Money down the drain (over £2K) 😒Wouldn't recommend.
