Stay well clear. Cowboy sales team begging for 5* reviews of customers before sale of cars and cars have issues company does not care for customers only money. Been left with a dud car for over a week after even warranty and buying extra warranty they are worse ever. You get more sympathy and better outcome buying of private sellers. Save you money go elsewhere. Spent 10k on car with many many issues no resolution. AWFUL !!!@

We had reserved a certain car and when we arrived we didn’t like it. I said to Hasan that I had read some negatives reviews and I was concerned. To be fair Hasan was extremely polite and didn’t try to sell the car we had reserved when we had changed our minds. I then asked him if he had anything else that may suit us and he recommended a different car which we were delighted with. He was extremely understanding of us having travelled quite a distance to purchase and picked us up at the train station when we arrived. Although we didn’t leave with the car we have reserved we did leave with a car which was much more suited to us. I’m very pleased with all the advice and help we got from Hasan.

I've waited a couple of months before writing this review and I've taken my car to an independent garage to have it looked over and it was given a clean bill of health. We found Hamza who dealt with us to be polite, approachable and very friendly. The car came without car matts and when i mentioned it to the manager he had them delivered to my door in days. We are extremely happy with our purchase as we needed a bigger family car and the seat we brought has given us everything we needed. We would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE, ABSOLUTE SCAM.
Purchased a 25K vehicle here and the paint repairs we're completely bodged, so many issues with the vehicle a complete rip off for the price they was asking for! sales men so rude - rejected the vehicle and was confirmed to leave the vehicle by the aftersales manager and contact the finance company - so did this and they are now denying they confirmed the rejection. I have no vehicle, a young baby and can't get anything until this is sorted and everytime you ring this company they say they will get back to you and never do!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Sonny Adam. I placed a deposit to reserve a car, only to discover during the test drive that the mileage had been misadvertised by around 20,000 miles. Because of this, I chose not to go ahead with the purchase.

What made the situation worse was the refund process. Despite being told the deposit was refundable, I had to chase the garage repeatedly over several weeks, with constant delays, excuses, and a lack of communication. It felt extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious. Personally, I would not recommend this garage, and I would not hand over any money to them again.

I purchased a car from Sonny Adam 3 weeks ago. I was asked to leave a review on the same day, but I wanted to wait until I had driven the car for a few weeks to make sure everything was fine.

I’m super happy with the car and the customer service provided by Hamza, Hasan and the branch manager Mert.

After 6 days of driving, I noticed a very minor noise coming from the suspension. I called in and the aftersales team handled everything smoothly.
I brought the car back to Sonny Adam and the issue was resolved on the spot.

I’m very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Sonny Adam.
