A heartfelt thank you to the Chara team for their part in the coverage of my Grandfather’s funeral on the 11th June..

I honestly believe this is due to care, dedication and hard work of Chara, I was concerned it may be intrusive or impersonal having the funeral streamed, but it was just the opposite and I know that ourselves and everyone included (friends and family across the globe) deeply appreciated your production!

This is the second time I have had the opportunity to watch a funeral streamed by Charaproduction.com. I was truly impressed by the professionalism and the use of a Minister and the commentary. It made the day so purposeful in this Covid time, with so many restrictions. I have recommended the company and will continue to do so. God truly blessed us when we were sent Chara productions to stream a funeral that I attended. Thank you to the team for a job well done!

I truly appreciated the respectfulness, authenticity and kindness of the whole team at Chara. They took a real interest in finding out small details about my grandfather, played our family tributes and the Minister’s commentary, all really honoured his name. Watching it back and having the whole day encapsulated in to one, is close to our families hearts. Even though it’s a deep process to be going though, I’d strongly recommend the kind souls at Chara Productions to help take care of one obstacle of bringing family from all over the globe to say their goodbyes. I have had to use Chara 3 times this year for family funerals. I have been very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail. Very professional service; they know what needs to be done for a great stream experience. Each time the experience has got better. The feedback from family and friends who have not been able to attend was excellent and they have felt that they were physically present. I love the narration service provided it adds something special to their service.
