I ordered 3 Pyracantha from Charella gardens. I had made a mistake with order at first and emailed asking for help. I Received an email back the same day correcting my mistake and received refund on accidental double postage straight away. No problem!
I received emails with postage updates very quickly and my order arrived within a few days of purchase.
The Pyracantha were big and healthy, no damage, diseases or pests. They've taken well in my garden so far and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase .

I rang up to ask if it was possible for my purchase to be delivered more quickly than normal and on a named day - in time for my wife's birthday. After a quick conversation with a very friendly person this was confirmed. The plant was delivered on time as agreed, looks fantastic, and was great value for money.

I’ve ordered several times from Charella Gardens and have always found them to be helpful and reasonably priced with great quality products. I won’t hesitate to order again next time I’m looking for new additions to my garden!

Excellent large Bay Tree supplied in great condition and delivered swiftly with good communication along the journey. Have ordered previously and received the same great service as before. Website is top class with clear photos of the plants and trees and in many cases photographed next to a person, giving a good idea of expected size.

My order was delivered on time and in an immaculate state, it was obviously handled with care and love.
The quality of the plant, a Fatsia Japonica, was excellent with no damage at all and a vibrant colour of green to the leaves.

Quick delivery and the trees are really healthy specimens, just as described.

I ordered two half standard bay trees from Charella Gardens last week. A staff member checked for me that the two trees remaining in stock were a good match and sent me a photograph so I could be sure of what I was getting before placing my order. The trees arrived on time, they were exactly as promised, carefully packed and in excellent condition. A first class experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Over the past couple of weeks I have ordered a bamboo and 2 hydrangea. All of the plant are in superb condition and are stunning!

I ordered three star jasmine plants they’re absolutely stunning! So much bigger than I expected, really healthy with beautiful green leaves and the price was amazing compared to other online companies I’ve ordered from… I’ll definitely be using Charella Gardens again and would recommend them to anybody.

I hope people won't be deterred from using Charella Gardens by the small number of negative reviews here; I can't praise them enough. I ordered a small standard bay tree online and to my surprise it was delivered in 48 hours, carefully packaged and undamaged. It's a very healthy, sturdy little tree, exactly 50cm as promised, with a well-shaped head of foliage, far better quality than I've seen in my local garden centres - and comparably priced. I also found the person on the helpline very helpful when I needed some advice about planting it. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Charella Gardens, an excellent company.

Great quality plants from the best supplier online. Contacting Charella is easy, as these people actually answer the phone, so if you have any queries you get an answer straight away. Great team, Elaine and Julie helped me sort out my order’s and Adam who delivers in the company van was brilliant delivering on time to a convenient place outside our gate. Don’t know what else to say other the team at Charella Gardens are the best, so if you order from them you know you’re buying quality plants with matching service.

Extremely helpful advice.
Strong sturdy shrubs.
But more importantly shrubs delivered by their own van.

Delivery was perfect and by man from nursery who was really knowledgeable.

Great trees, delivered on time.

Purchased six Pyracantha plants in January and three have died already.
Only two are looking healthy.
Contacted Charella Gardens to discuss and sent in images of the plants in their position.
I was told they have died due to planting positions next to conifers but the healthy plants are basically next to ones that have died so how can this be the reason.
Personally think the plants that have died were bad before I planted them.
Charella offered me a 10% discount off new plants but I’m not happy with this as I’d expect a little more than that.
Im not expecting free replacement plants but 10% is poor.

Images show dead plant and one healthy one, one plant was planted in between these two but already removed. You can go to B&Q for better plants.
