We employ various routes to market including RS Components, Farnell Element 14, CPC and Rapid Electronics in addition to strategically located specialist Control Gear distributors and wholesalers.
We also sell directly to you.
We do not employ an expensive sales force. This cost saving enables us and our distributors to sell directly to you at very competitive prices. However we do employ a National Sales Manager who, together with office based product specialists will provide you with full on-site and telephone support.

I am glad you found the site easy to use. We have invested a lot of time and money into our website for this exact reason.
Regarding the postage costs, we offer 5 services for the UK. (Location dependant)
Next day by 10am
Next day by midday
Next day guaranteed
Economy (which can take a few days)
Collection (which is free)
We recently changed to Fedex due to too many parcels not being delivered and going missing as well as an unsuitable collection time which limited our next day service with our previous courier. As I am sure you appreciate, the level of service which Fedex provide does not come cheap.
I notice that you did choose the next day service however you say you would of been happy to wait a few days. I have just checked and our economy service is available in your area. This would have been 15% cheaper.
Hopefully next time we can get a 5* review.
