Ed arrived this morning on time with a demo model chair
He was a first class instructor in the chairs and gave us a full briefing and demonstration which gave us confidence in the chairs he was professional friendly and very helpful in answering all our questions which made our decision easy in ordering 2 x chairs
There was never any pressure on us to purchase the chairs and he fully understood our needs
He was a credit to the company throughout and himself
very many thanks to him and the staff we spoke to on the phone as the were also friendly and helpful

A gentleman named Joe came to demonstrate an adjustable bed and stayed for a full two hours answering every question I had and taking care to ensure that any bed I might order would be the correct one for my needs.
Respectful, polite and friendly, Joe is a credit to the company

Joe turned up at the correct time was exceptionally knowledgeable about his products and took his time to ensure everything was understood by me.

Joe was a really pleasant person dealing with my elderly mum. Making sure the chair she wanted was going to be right for her needs.as she suffers with arthritis in back hips and knees, he was first class, he was honest and not pushy. I purchased the Henley chair back in 2021 and unfortunately an issue arose recently which involved some of the mechanical parts. Upon calling Charterhouse Mobility, I found their customer service team exceptional. They listened to me and problem solved and this will result in my chair being repaired this week. Joe visited today to demonstrate a chair for my mother.
Mum is in her late eighties and suffered a stroke 4 years ago. We had tried a few options of replacing a her old chair but nothing was really doing the trick. My wife contacted the company and a representative called Joe came to demonstrate the chair and options available. Joe should be commended for his level of customer care and service he spent a few hours going through all the options and nothing was too much trouble. We have purchased a chair and look forward to all the benefits it should bring to my mum.

A representative from the company came to the residential home and spent more than a couple of hours making sure my sister had the right chair with the right measurements and specification. Henry, the representative was punctual, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble as he demonstrated and explained how the recliner chair operated and would be made to measure for my husband. He answered all our queries: and he left, leaving us impressed with him and the product. We look forward to receiving the chair and hope it is as good as the one brought for the demonstration. The service was great from asking for someone to come out to quote to delivery of chair. Great communication. They said 4 weeks and chair was delivered in exactly 4 weeks. One very happy customer

I was looking for a proper chair for my wife as she has problems with her legs. I mailed Charter house on a Sunday and they made contact Monday. Ed came out and demonstrated a mobility riser recliner chair. He took measurements of my wife so the chair could be made to fit. The demonstration chair he brought with him actually fitted perfectly and she had instant relief. We were told between 3 & 8weeks for it to be built if we wanted one. We didn’t at any time feel pressured into buying if we had said no that would have been an end. The chair was ready in 4 weeks. The two gentlemen that delivered the chair ( Jack and Tom) were both very friendly and respectful of our property, they removed their shoes immediately after they entered the hallway. They made sure the chair was situated where we wanted it and made sure my wife was comfortable with it before they left. Although other reviews state they are pricey they are built to suit the individual, bespoke things cost more. The quality of the build is very good, being an engineer I obviously looked at it closely. I have noticed an improvement in my wife already. The best outcome I could have hoped for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charterhouse Mobility to anyone who needed mobility furniture.

Mum is 90, profoundly deaf, has Alzheimer’s and is going blind so I tend to get a bit anxious when strangers need to enter the property. I need not have been concerned at all. Joe was amazing with her. Every aspect was covered sensitively and checked for understanding. At just 4ft 9in mum has never found a chair small enough for her. This bespoke chair will be made to her measurements and specifications. The price was more competitive than I anticipated and was happy to place the order. Overall this was a very positive experience and Joe should be commended for his level of customer care and service.
