ChartVPS Reviews

I am a trader that needed a dedicated server that was setup for my type of trading, I moved from Steadfast after 10yrs to ChartVPS and the change was incredible, Marko helped me so much, I felt great person to person support with the utmost respect. It's hard to find a company that takes care of clients like Marko does and I will be using ChartVPS's service for years to come.

I have found ChartVPS services and support to be extraordinary. It has been a great experience that allowed me to focus on doing what I needed to do!

All services were performed exactly as they said. Any time I had a question, they answered in a very short time frame. Will certainly be using them again.

All the outstanding reviews of ChartVPS that I have read are really true, especially the incredible service from Marko. The reliability of their servers is exactly what I need and I am confident that the support will be there when I need it. Great company, great service!

Marko provides a top-notch service and professionalism that is rarely seen in businesses these days. His company (Chart VPS) provides institutional grade products at retail prices - you will have difficulty finding any other business that comes close to the value, reliability and professionalism.

Marko is also a very ethical business man. On one occasion, my payment was duplicated and Marko immediately reached out to me and refunded it without even having to reach out to him about it. -When has a business ever rushed to refund payment to you for a mistake that you made? -- That's the kind of respect and professionalism Marko has for his clients.

In a world of lousy business services and disappointments, overpromising and underdelivering, these are the types of businesses that need to be uplifted. I have nothing but great things to say about Chart VPS.

Marko is the best. He's shockingly good. Customer service is truly second to none. Do no hesitate to choose ChartVPS simply because they're a good value. He's got great prices and the best service. My server was rock solid. You won't find better.

The best customer service I have ever experienced! Very fast response to issues and quick resolution ALWAYS. They understand your needs and even offer UPGRADED solutions beyond your current plan!

I have been using ChartVps for my trading activities for about a year now and I can certainly say that it has given me an edge and peace of mind. Especially because I automate most of my trades.
The customer support has been very responsive and more than adequate.
I strongly recommend

Excellent service. Always fast-respondent customer service and they are just amazing. Very recommended!

Excellent service - this place REALLY shines in service. He was always willing to do things for me, and finally to refund me when I needed to pull the plug early. These guys are nice!!!!

Excellent service, speedy support times and good value on the server specifications. Very pleased so far, would highly recommend.

Couldn't be more satisfied.

I've never set up a VPS before, so I really didn't know what I needed or much of what I was talking about. I ordered through their website, and later that day I got an e-mail message with everything I needed to log in and get started. As a first-timer, though, there were many things I didn't know how to do. I submitted a support request through their online form, and heard back via e-mail shortly. A number of exchanges ensued as I asked more questions to get up and going. After a few days it seemed evident to me I chose the wrong plan, so I sent a very lengthy e-mail with things I noticed different between my personal computer's performance and the VPS. I received great explanations in return, I did more research (thank you, Google), and continue with multiple lengthy exchanges with support via e-mail. Long story short, they ended up creating a custom VPS for me based upon my anticipated needs.

They entire time they were extremely helpful and friendly. I've never dealt with any other VPS provider, but I can say without hesitation I am fully pleased and beyond satisfied. Their service has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I can not describe how extremely helpful the ChartVPS team has been. Service is great but the product is ridiculously awesome!!

Thanks guys!!!

Great service and fast response time.

I was looking for a trading VPS on the Internet, and came across ChartVPS. They have provided everything promised, and more. Specifically, the support is always very timely and responsive, with all issues being resolved in a very short period. I am very pleased and impressed with their product and their service. I highly recommend ChartVPS to anyone considering a trading VPS.

Marko worked with me to get a server that fit my specific needs with TradeStation...and at a great price! I am very happy with the service provided.

My experience with Chart VPS has been sublime. I chose Chart VPS because they offered excellent hardware at an amazing price point. However, the excellent customer service was something I did not expect. The staff at Chart VPS (especially Marko) goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right for the customer.

I've never experienced customer service like this before. In my experience the only people who have ever gone to this length to make things right have been best friends and family.

Chart VPS is amazing!

Great service. Excellent response.

Server speeds are great and customer support is excellent. What more can you ask for.

Superb service!
