I had been a user of CHARTVPS for almost 2 years, server has always been up and running, support is excellent, with their support someone is always available to go the extra mile and help out with anything they can.

I've been trading for over seven years and went through 3 trading computers before discovering ChartVPS. ChartVPS has become my trading partner. I say this because I no longer need to buy nor worry about maintaining a computer for trading. And, to keep up with my trading needs, I was recently able to upgrade computer power on my first server and add a second ChartVPS server to begin trading a portfolio of automated robots. I find heir pricing to be very competitive and their support services fantastic! Staff at ChartVPS always "have my back". When I've a question or need help I get prompt responses, day or night, wherever I am in the world. Choosing ChartVPS has helped me reduce costs, reduce worry about timely trade execution, and enables me to increase focus on improving trade results. ChartVPS has earned their 5 stars!

I have used few VPS services over the past few years, however I am using ChartVPS since last two years. I never had any down time ( 0% ), this is truly incredible.

Regarding customer service, Marko is absolutely friendly person and always willing to solve any issue (also non-technical one) plus you can get some good free advices on trading too :) . He even offer me a very nice reduced offer for Institutional plan and I love this reduced price.

As a trader in need of a powerful server to run multiple instances of my trading software, I was thrilled to find ChartVPS. This solution allowed me to easily backtest my strategy using years of data, while also giving me the flexibility to choose from multiple server locations, including one in Chicago. Despite having the option to choose a location closer to my office, I ultimately decided to go with the server in Chicago to be closer to the exchange. I had the pleasure of working with account representative Marko, who provided excellent service throughout the quick and easy setup process. I have a personal vps over a few years now and it ran always smoothly and without problems. If there were small issues the customer service was amazing and fixed the problem in no time. The internet connection is super fast and stable. I can definitely recommend it.
