I wish I could give them 0 stars. I mistakenly purchased an annual plan for $199.88 and cancelled it hours later upon realizing what I did. I promptly emailed Customer Support and received a response stating that my subscription "remains canceled" and that all payments are non-refundable. Apparently even ones that were active for mere hours, not used, and then cancelled. What a terrible first impression from a new brand trying to grow and acquire new customers. Won't be recommending this to anyone.

I am reviewing my experience with ChatwithAI (chatwithai.app). I submitted a valid withdrawal request on August 4, 2026, which ChatwithAI support explicitly confirmed as valid and eligible for a full refund (USD 119.88). Since then, I have received only repeated generic responses from ChatwithAI citing an unspecified "technical issue," with no concrete timeline. When directly asked for a specific date or transaction ID for a refund ChatwithAI claimed had already been processed, none could be provided.

It is now day 49 with no payment received from ChatwithAI. Support responses appear automated and do not engage with specific questions. Based on other reviews here, this seems to be a recurring pattern with this company rather than an isolated case.

I have since escalated via the EU ODR platform, consumer protection authorities, and a payment dispute.

ChatWithAI gives the impression of offering an experience comparable to leading AI platforms such as Claude, but I found the actual service surprisingly limited.

The interface may look polished and familiar, but functionality and overall capability are what matter. In my experience, it simply doesn't measure up to the established AI platforms available directly from their developers.

There are far better and more capable AI services available. I wouldn't recommend it.

Very disappointing experience with ChatWithAI. Their approach to subscriptions, cancellations and refunds left me extremely dissatisfied, and the customer service response did little to resolve my concerns.
I would strongly recommend reading all the terms carefully before subscribing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

this site presents itself as similar as possible to the official anthropic claude page. it requests user email and then provides access to a similar chat experience as Claude. I did not test it further as I was misled to the site. It shows on top results as a paid advertised link. Unknown what the site will do with the information you enter.
