I booked a parking spot through Cheapestairportparking (The Way) in mid July at a Motel 6 near Seatac airport. After I checked in to the parking, I was informed that they did not have the courtesy transport available (as was advertised on the site). So I immediately departed and determining that it was too far to walk to the airport and possibly not enough time to catch a rideshare, I found other parking close to the airport at a higher cost.

I reported this to Cheapestairportparking almost immediately, just before boarding my flight. Several days later I received the following reply: " ..... that Way cannot be held liable for non-operatable, late, or third-party payments including Uber, Lyft or Taxi services processed during your travel. "

This is BS - they can be held responsible for what is advertised on their website. They were in breach of contract.

There were several back and forth emails between me and Cheapestairport parking and their message was essentially the same as above.

I successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and ultimately prevailed.

Cheapestairport parking was given several opportunities to do the right thing. They chose not to. They lost this case and my future business. Note that I have used this company in the past without issue, but when their client companies who actually provide the parking fail to deliver, Cheapestairportparking will not help you. Given the number of bad reviews on this website, I'd say my experience is far from unusual.

I strongly recommend avoiding Cheapestairportparking.

I paid to park at the Larkspur Landing Hotel, which is 7miles from the airport (not the 1.5 miles stated on website) On my return home, I called for the shuttle to pick me up and was told the shuttle van had a flat. They weren't sure when it would be fixed. So, I took a cab which cost $43, I was told by the hotel they wouldn't give any reimbursement. I also called this company I booked parking with and no one ever answered the phone. Next time I'll be parking at the airport.

My credit card was charged twice for the same reservation. When calling customer service they said there was only one reservation (yes, and I was charged 2x for it). They did not try to help m despite speaking with managers and explaining the situation. They stole $56 from me.

Online booking for airport parking at off-site hotel. The website is rudimentary and clumsy at best. Booking completed indicates "will email confirmation" but none arrived. (No way to print reservation until email arrives.) Multiple emails and online submissions generated no response. Credit card charged for booking so I know it was completed on their side.

Only after calling WAY.COM where the charge was posted... and a VERY LONG hold and call time... I was able to get the email sent.

Never booking with these guys again. Pricing wasn't much different and hassle factor lost value compared to simply booking with hotel for parking directly.

Do not use this company. Customer service is horrible. The advertising was very misleading. We had an early flight and were in able to take advantage of the service. We had to park our car at the airport. They were able to sell our spot to another customer for the week we paid for. They would not even give us partial credit. Scandalous. I can see that they have earned all 1.3 of their stars.

ZERO stars. Cheapestairportparking.com and Way is a scam. I booked and prepaid for parking reservations through this company for a parking garage near Reagan Washington National airport that was supposed to include a free shuttle to the airport, but when we arrived at the parking garage, it was shutdown due to construction and blocked off to the public. We did not have time to search other nearby parking facilities or we would have missed our flight, so we just parked at the airport in its economy lot, which by the way was reasonable and great. I reached out to this company to obtain a refund but they refused, stating that they require reservations to be canceled prior to the start of a reservation. I advised that I did not cancel, they are the ones that did not honor my reservation. I further advised that accepting money from people when you know a parking garage is inoperable is fraudulent and that I would report them to the BBB if they refused to refund me. I wish I would have done my homework and reviewed some of the reviews on this company.

If I could use less stars, I would. Terrible customer service and dishonorable to their policies. Joyson Hernandez said there is no way he can help me since my trip was cancelled. I emailed them the date of my trip and did not receive a response from them until 11 days later.

They emailed me less than an hour before my reservation to tell me that my spot was not available and I would need to park across town. There was not enough time before my flight to make it and I ended up paying to park at the airport. When I contacted them for a refund they told me that since it was past my reservation time they could not do it. They took zero responsibility for changing my reservation and only tried to contact me via email even though they had my phone number.

Would give it 0 stars. When we showed up to park the lot stayed that they did not accept bookings from 3rd party companies. After numerous emails and phone calls without answers we had to call the credit card company to cancel the payment. Do not use this company!!

Overcharged, lot they apparently sold me too as a third party wouldn’t let me park there and had to pay at an another lot because they were full and refused my reservation! Don’t use this scammer website! Should be shut down !

Horrible customer service! Tried to cancel my reservation before the date of my parking reservation and after 3 emails, never got a response back from customer service. Book at your own risk!!!

This is another scam. Booked it through Canopy, cancel the next day well in advance for the reservation next week. Email and Submitted online, no response. Call the number, no one was answering. Finally I called the credit card to dispute. They won't get a penny for me. Horrible experience

I'd give no stars. I ordered through them a spot at Canopy parking at DIA and the reservation was not immediate, so it did not get there in time and I had to get a spot somewhere else. Now they are ignoring my request for a refund.

Do not use this service. They will sell parking spaces where they have no contract to do so and then give you a hassle over the refund. Downright dishonest!

Absolute scam !!! Do not book

Horrible, stay away!!! I booked a 5-day parking at their Tampa location. My flight got cancelled last minute. I tried to cancel my parking reservation and was told that is simply not possible, since the reservation had started already. I even suggested they keep the first day fee and refund me for the remaining days and was told that is also not possible. Horrible customer service

Beware!!!!!! I booked through this site a parking lot that had decent reviews (on their site) near JFK. When I arrived the lot was extremely sketchy and their “24 hour shuttle” only operated once per hour, which would have made me miss my flight. I was forced to use the regular airport parking at more than double the cost and cheapest airport parking.com refused to help or credit the $100 I had spent with them because “shuttle service is not included.” If I had to pay for a taxi from the lot, I may as well have done that from my apartment! Total scam, I will never use this company again.

Scam. Didn’t realize it until after I purchased. Contacted credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t fall for their scam.

This company is a scam. I paid for seven days parking in advance through this company and my flight got canceled due to the weather. The parking facility reimbursed everyone who booked directly through them for the time they didn't use but said I had to go through this company because I booked through them. They refused to reimburse me although they are not being charged for the time I didn't use. You are better off booking directly through the parking company. Even the cost they advertise is a scam. Once you are ready to book that is when you see the added fees. Just a complete scam.

The worst experience ever!
I’ve booked a parking lot by hotel through this website. The hotel doesn’t represent any parking service booked online. I did not receive a service.
I finally parked my car by my friends house
I asking this company for refund. Today is a day number 5th. I still e-mailing them every day and it unsuccessful
They keep asking me to represent a different receipt!!!!! Looks like scam
