If by any chance your credit card is declined, you will enter a nightmare.

Great booking app with deals and fast service I would recommend

Easy to use the site, good service & prices,

The website warned, luridly, that name on flight ticket must match exactly name on ID documents, allowed me to fill in my full name (which as is well known is what you find on your UK passport), then omitted my middle name in the booking. I was directed to sort this out with the relevant airline - there was no option to correct the omission through the agency - and fortunately I was able to do that at no extra cost, apart from the cost in time to do it and in stress. What if I had not noticed the discrepancy?

Cheapoair is definitely the one to be with as I'm a regular flier,never had a problem with them,and very helpful.

Extremely user friendly website. Exceptional value for money and most importantly if you have a problem which I did with my middle name not being on the travel itinerary, an outstanding ,friendly and professional customer service who answer calls promptly and give very clear and precise feedback.

Cheep tickets for Aeroflot.

Excellent service the chat line is very assisble for Deaf people who cannot use a phone. But not all Deaf can read English it would be great to have a commmunicater on that. Maybe in the future.
I was so impressed with your service was absolutely fantastic. I first ever to use chat line. The staff were so helpful too. I felt so relieved too. I will certainly recommend others to use it.

CheapOair can do nothing to change or re-arrange the flight schedule. They just sent me to the airline company to resolve the problem myself. No help at all.
