They also claim to be Muslim, but their actions were misleading and unprofessional. I want to warn others to be careful, as this appears to be a scam.”

I really appreciate Cheap Umrah for making a good trip for my parents in law. Only thing I wanted to tell them that Makah hotel was very very far and shuttle service was not 24/7 it has a set schedule. But other than that they supported every time they asked for the driver and all. The driver was on the airport on time!

Don't bother making a complaint because they will just ignore you. All they care about is taking your money. They put me and my family in a poor hotel overcharged me and did nothing when i complained.

Ahtisham Ali gave us amazing accommodations, the hotel was lovely and as a first time traveler, ALONE, and a woman, I felt very cared for and had all the safety and accommodations I needed, flights, ground transportation, hotels. Highly recommend. Couldn’t have done an Umrah alone without Cheap Umrah Deals.

Everything was best but one of my hotel was a three bedroom even tho I booked a quad room and they put an extra bed in that room other wise was everything was amazing and the person who gave me this amazing experience was Arham Nadeem. Thank you

Alhamdulillah I did my umrah trip from dec 14-24. During this time and for planning I was dealing with brother Dawood. There was perfect communication. Flights, hotels, visa and transportation was all included in the price. I had zero issues checking in and out of the hotels. The transportation from the airport to the hotel, between mecca and medina, and from the hotel back to the airport was all on time with no issues. Brother Dawood answered all questions courteously and in a very timely manner. I had zero planning issues this entire trip. Looking forward to booking any future umrah trips with them again inshaaAllah!
