Booked my flight with ahtisham for umrah and the process was straightforward and flawless. Was checked upon whilst there and upon arrival back. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Salaam. We used this company through recommendation and dealt with brother Bajwa. He was patient and calm as this my 1st time trying book an umrah trip and wanted to make sure it went all smoothly for my young family and elderly parents. Alhamdulillah it did.......just the distant for Makkah hotel i did want it closer as it wasnt as close as stated, so the raring should be 4.5stars.
However, thank you, brother, as you had to keep on confirming over and over again to me for assurance that its all done. I would recommend him and this company to others for sure. Good communication

Alhamdullilah we made it back to the UK after completing our ummrah and tawaf, we really enjoyed the experience to going for ummrah. The service to and from the hotel and to the airport is all good. No issues at all.

It turned out to be an amazing experience. Ahtisham from hajj and Umrah experts was available at all times to help and guide me prior to the trip. The process was very smooth. domestic travel was a non issue as I had my travel booked pre hand and everyone arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

I had the most amazing humra experiences. Our stay in Mecca was fabulous and Madina was great. I would like to thank Mr ASIM QASIM who help us to have a great deal. Mr Asim kept checking us even when we were in Mecca to insure we got our transfer sorted. He was always available when we messaged him and quickly responded. I definitely recommend him for your next trip.

My travel agent Moazzam was very helpful and very informative. He was easily contactable and always there to help. Everything that Moazzam said he would arrange he did. I particularly liked the fact of the emergency contact number. Our hotel in Madina wanted the booking reference which we didn’t have but I contacted the emergency number and I had received it within 5-10 mins. Overall would recommend the company as it was our first time and everything went smoothly alhamdulillah
