I recently wrote a bad review for a Company where the agent introduced herself as CCA. It was a very unpleasant conversation and I expressed that in my review.
I have given Check Challenge Appeal 5 stars as their response has been immediate, and very professional. They have completed numerous investigations amongst their team and assured me that their team were highly trained operatives who operate with strict professionalism. I have also had a telephone call from one of the Managers to resolve my concerns and I really appreciate their response to my issues.
I have subsequently deleted the Review.

The easiest 5 star review I've ever written. Initial contact and explanation of the process was easy to understand. The surveyor was in and out in an hour having identified lots of areas of contention that would lead to a rates reduction. The next thing I knew I received a revised business rates bill knocking almost £7000 a year off the payments. Highly recommended, courteous, understanding and professional.

Working with CCA has been easy and a pleasure. Nick the surveyor was very knowledgeable and didn't disrupt the staff. Top quality service which has resulted in savings and refunds totalling over £18.5k made the whole process worthwhile.
