A complete scam. €20 for a really badly made product that I wouldn't pay €1 for. Criminal.

They are big thieves, scam, fake, illegal and liars pls avoid them like plague. I wish I read reviews before buying. They advertise fleece winter warm leggings but what they delivered was a socks, no fleeced linen very inferior material. I’ve been sending mail for refund. They don’t reply. Fake company, thieves!!!

Waited 5 weeks for my item, I began emailing for a refund 3 emails in 2 days ..no response..product arrived and such bad quality I have asked how to return ..no response ..crap company NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

Wish I had read the reviews for this company on Trust pilot before ordering. They make things so enticing on Facebook - never again! What a con! £14.99 for a piece of junk. Don't bother buying. Expected 24 reasonable sized ducks-one for each day in run up to Christmas. Instead got a tray with 7 ducks, and bits of plastic and couple of hats! One slot was even empty! Ashamed, won't be giving to granddaughter. Avoid this company like the plague! Took over 3wks to get here in a crumpled package too!

I have tried a number of times, to get in touch with this company, by email. There has been no response, I ordered a number of items, I wanted to speak to someone about them!!! No phone number and no answer to email. I will not order from this company again.

I have been trying to return an item which cost £19.99 and looks like it's worth £1.
After 5 emails I received one back with the delivery details on it, nothing about the return!
I have now given up and will NEVER purchase anything from them again

Getting really frustrated with this company ordered a Dancing Duck nearly a fortnight ago got an email saying they received my order but although I have sent them about 4 emails they have never replied is there a phone number I can ring?

Dancing duck. No delivery problems and although the packaging was a little worn (just the corners of the box) I can't complain. Would use them again.

Ordered 29th August £15.00 uk sterling. Tracking number useless unrecognised.

I ordered 3 dresses on August 9 (now September 12) I have no tracking information etc. a couple of shoddy replies to my emails. I have now set up a dispute with bank/PayPal to get my money back. Avoid ordering from this company!

Only rated one star because I couldn't write a review if I didn't. These people take your money and do not send out the item you have purchased. Avoid them like the plague, but if you have ordered and paid by debit card, get your bank card blocked and replaced with a new one. These people should be shut down permanently.

Don't buy from these Facebook adverts, they sell products bought from China at really cheap prices then charge you an extortionate price. Wouldn't be surprised reading the reviews that these are a Chinese company and bought a UK domain.

Check "Aliexpress" and you'll find most of their products at more than have the price and free delivery.

When you see the only method of payment is a shonky company like PayPal you stop straight away as scammers are made welcome at both Facebook and PayPal. Neither of them care about their own customers as long as the scammers pay them THEIR fees and go can go whistle.

Ordered trouser hangers and they arrived bent and in pieces due to bad packaging or the fact that the Hermes delivery man threw them over the fence! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have since sent a false refund email saying refund was processed but it has not been and are now are ignoring my emails. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. Shocking. Only bad online shopping experience I've had within this year of many orders from numerous difference websites.
