Cheerlife 

Ordered our goods on the 27th December and haven't received anything, checked tracker and it says it hasn't left there depot, won't reply to emails.
Stay well clear of these people.

I've given 1 star but only to write a review. You cant give none. Placed an order on the the 2nd December for 25 pounds worth of products, received an email on the 4th saying its been dispatched. Its now 31st, I've sent 3 emails have received no answers and no products. Do not use these robbing so and so's, it just infuriates me that these people get away with this sort of thing. The ad for this company came through a downloaded game to my phone, surely the people who advertise these companies on their games know about who there dealing with. Its actually tge first and last time I'll order anything through an ad on a rubbish downloaded game Cheerlife you suck

Ordered two screw extractors from CheerLife on 12th December after seen the company advertise them on Facebook and was notified on 14th December that they were dispatched.

It’s now Christmas Eve and they have not arrived. Tried emailing the company earlier in the week and yesterday. No reply from them, the screw extractors are Christmas presents and really disappointed that they did not arrive in time. They provided a tracking number for an app called Shop and after checking it said that the location could not be found.

Will try after Christmas to contact them again to find out where they are and possibly look at getting a refund.

I certainly will not be buying anymore products from CheerLife.

Where is this company situated. It has a .CO.UK website but for all I know it could be on the moon. If it's a scammer then I want to know why Facebook allow it to advertise on its web pages.

What a shifty company you cannot e mail them ,this is another company in China it’s just a scam,you order pay upfront and get nothing.it’s about time face book baned these adverts and keep them off Facebook.Avery unsatisfied customer . Also I have received the 2 books with pens I thought they would at least be A4 size but they are half that size ,for 345 year olds to practice there letters and numbers I consider them to be to small ,when you look at the advert they seem much larger .I feel like I have been ripped off ,they were sent from Germany.

Item received not what I ordered. Was told that I would have to pay return postage. Took no responsibility for their mistake. Absolutely disgraceful.

If I could give them a minus zero star I would. Don’t deal with CheerLife at all. They are exploiting the fact that people are at home and ordering products. Products don’t work, they come from China and don’t even bother to try an get a refund as it is near impossible. Adverts look great but products are crap. REPEAT DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I order a Phone Amplifier costing £24.95 on the 30/10/2020 19 days later still no delivery, I have contacted them 4 times via email as no phone number is available, I just want to know if they are scammers as it is looking that way.

Absolutely shocking. This company will take your money and not refund if you have an issue - which you will as your item will not be as described. Unworkable returns policy!

This company let you think they are a company based in Essex, however when you try to return goods they give you an address in China to return too. Was not happy with the product I received as it did not work as well as shown in their video clip! Would not buy from them again!

These are the classic scammers. They take your money. Send you rubbish not as advertised. Offer you 30% refund or a postal address to return their rip off item to an address that does not exist in China, although the company claim to be UK based and your item is not posted from China! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAMMERS!
