I was initially trying to book tickets online but ran into a few issues. To my surprise, Roxanne promptly gave me a call, and from that point on, the whole process became smooth and quick.
She was polite, professional, and clearly explained the purpose of her call, which I really appreciated. Roxanne was diligent in understanding our needs and provided the best possible options tailored to us. She was also very patient as we explored different choices and flexible dates to find the best deals.
What stood out most was that she never made us feel pressured to make a payment, unlike some other agents. Instead, she focused on genuinely assisting us and handling our requests in a friendly and professional manner.
