Terrible company to do business with I warn everyone that comes across this website, I placed an order few days and then called to check on the delivery after talking to a very rude MANAGER who never let to speak she informed me that my order was cancelled and I should have received an email which does not exist. This is the time when we try to help small business and we regret it wishing I ordered with AMAZON

Bad Customer Service
I have been asking for an ETA for the last 5 days. I still haven't gotten a definite response. It's important for me to know when I can expect the unit that I purchased for my health inspection. I am very close to canceling the order. I don't think is unreasonable to get an e-mail response.

Highly recommend
as a new business I had such a great experience purchasing all my equipments for my restaurant. I normally would price check everything before making a purchase but i didn’t with this order, even if the price wasn’t the cheapest I am still very happy with my purchase: excellent & professional customer service from helping me to choose my equipments to delivery everything went smoothly, they won’t try to get you to buy the most expensive products, they simply explained everything and offered the one suits my business the most. I can’t thank Nekon & Morgan enough for their help. I Highly recommend them!!!

Great Experience!
I had a great experience with Chef's deal. They communicated very well, and helped me select the most ideal item. I work at a school; we needed to make sure the item purchased was the best option. The price was great, they delivered, and took good care of us. I would highly recommend
