Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered antibiotics Monday. ID request went into my junk folder, not their fault, which I provided Tuesday morning. Have checked Royal Mail and they have still not received my package, today is Thursday! Paid for 24hr tracked. I emailed and was told
“ We are currently undergoing a major update with our professional platform. This update required the system to be down for a short period of time, which may cause a short delay with your order.
Please be assured that once the platform is back up and running, all clinically approved orders will be processed with priority. We expect to be back to normal processing times as soon as”
Surely they should have been transparent when I placed my order? They have a duty of care. If people are ordering antibiotics, it’s because they need them asap!
In response to the reply below, I contacted you in the first instance re the delay, you then responded to my query. I was also offered a refund as you could not tell me when my order would be fulfilled, and although I agreed, I did not request it.

Didn't deliver, stole my money
I made an order from these people. They failed to deliver and took my payment, they are now ignoring my emails. They have stolen my money. They ask for ID, I would be very reluctant to give them ID as requested seeing as they have shown to be dishonest. It wouldn't surprise me if they are using your ID for nefarious purposes. Avoid.

Very slow delivery
We have not yet received the products after ordering over the weekend. It should have been approved on Monday morning and sent out shortly thereafter, arriving Tuesday or at the very latest on Wednesday. Royal Mail said they were told it had been dispatched from sender on Monday evening (24 hour tracking) yet it was only received by Royal Mail on Wednesday morning and is meant to be delivered this morning. Never again will I use this service.

We would like to clarify how our processing and dispatch times work. Our clinical team operates Monday through Friday, so orders placed over the weekend are processed starting on the next business day.
Your order was placed on Saturday the 12th over the weekend. Our clinical team reviewed and approved it on Monday, the first available business day, at which point it was packaged and handed over to Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a delivery target of the next working day, but Royal Mail advises that it can take up to two working days from the time they receive the parcel.
Since Royal Mail received the package on Monday evening and delivered it on Wednesday morning, the order was delivered within two working days of clinical approval.
