Firstly, their customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the two pairs of shorts I ordered was poor. More like pajamas than casual clothing. But mostly, be careful ordering outside the UK - they charge £40 (USD53, AUD80) for international returns.

I wanted to return an item which I ordered online. I live in Dubai and my understanding is that I need to ship it back to you through a courier whilst bearing the cost. This is totally unacceptable as my experience with other online shopping outlets even when overseas is that they arrange to send an agent to pick up the return item from my home address at zero charge. I'm very disappointed.

Great clothes, good quality, quick service

I bought some underwear for my husband from Selfridges and he has had said that they are the most comfortable that he's ever worn! Really soft and very well made. Will definitely be a repeat customer to this brand!

The quality of the pieces is consistently excellent. Great fabrics, great fit and they feel luxurious. Delivery has always been quick.

Everything I’ve bought has lasted well and looks as good after multiple washes as it did the day it arrived. It’s become one of those brands I trust without thinking.

Really nice clothing. Its a great brand. My previous experience with ordering directly from CHE was poor (ran out of stock) but this time it was on time, well priced and great quality.

Customer Support is not flexible. No means to return or exchange the product, when you are from outside the UK. You have to pay for the shipping fee and thank the pope if you don't need to pay for the customs. Stay away from this brand. Paul Smith has better conditions.

Amazing quality. Recently bought some clothes from Ché. Great quality and really like the design. Originally bought swim shorts from this company but good to see they’ve expanded the range. Always have new colours and designs which are competitively priced.

Great products and excellent customer service. I bought the Ché boxer shorts and am now converted to this brand. The material is way better than the stretch cotton you get in other brands, and the price is much fairer as well. Great fit and really comfortable. Products arrived quickly and communication was very good. Will definitely buy from them again.

Have returned items 23 days ago which they acknowledged but have not received my refund. Have sent 5 emails to them all have been ignored. Have had to open a dispute with my credit card.

I purchased a pair of shorts around the middle of August. Given the length of time that has passed, I believe the item I returned has already been delivered. At this stage, the standard course of action would simply be to issue my refund, as one would reasonably expect from any retailer.

Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and I was left with no choice but to open a dispute through PayPal. The entire process has been frustrating, and I sincerely hope that by escalating the matter, I can finally receive the refund I am owed. It is disappointing when customer service falls short of expectations, especially when all I am seeking is a fair and straightforward resolution.

Ordered a pair of the swim shorts - I do like them but delivery has not been as fast as they claimed.

“Next Day Delivery” isn’t actually next day. And it’s looking like it will be over the Standard’s 2-3 days before I get the shorts..

I have bought clothes here before in Selfridges so I know the clothes are good, it’s just getting them delivered has been very poor - you expect stores to meet the ‘next day delivery’ when you pay £100+…
