The different variety of styles was awesome. My issue came when I had to pick one out of many, it took me a few days to finally decide, otherwise website experience was good.

I don’t have a number to call. I ordered 2 dresses and they keep email me saying they are making one and that the size I chose which is size might can’t fit both persons so they are making one dress.

Disappointed Despite Beautiful Dresses

Although the dresses themselves are beautiful, I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered with plenty of time before my wedding and carefully followed the sizing guide to submit custom measurements for my bridesmaids.

The estimated delivery was around 20 days, which should have left me with a comfortable buffer. However, weeks went by with no update, so I had to reach out myself, only to be told that the dresses hadn’t even been started because they supposedly needed additional measurements. I was never contacted about this. I explained that everything had been submitted correctly and emphasized the urgency, as I was flying out for my destination wedding in just two weeks.

To their credit, the dresses did arrive on time. But once my bridesmaids tried them on, I found that the sizing was off. The dresses had excess fabric, overly long trains, and poorly fitted straps that looked rushed and unfinished.

I really wanted to love this experience, but I’m highly disappointed with the service and lack of communication. For such an important occasion, I expected better.

Also, I thought this was a UK company. They ship from China! And based in USA. The website is misleading!

It is of very good quality.
It's very comfortable to wear, and I'm a big fan. The color is superb, as is the model I chose.

I ordered a custom-made gown from Chicsew for a solo performance, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result.
From the very start, the team were helpful, attentive and precise in guiding me through the measurement process. I submitted my exact measurements, and the fit was absolutely perfect, flattering, comfortable, and allowing complete freedom of movement, which is essential for me as a violinist on stage.
The fabric has a lovely drape and just the right amount of sheen, creating a sophisticated silhouette under stage lighting. The deep colour added a touch of timeless elegance, and the quality of the stitching and finishing genuinely exceeded my expectations.

I would wear it again in a heartbeat.

This is my second time ordering from them and not times it was a great experience. Chloe was extremely helpful when we ran into a bit of a problem with my dress not arriving on time even after paying for express shipping. They were very understanding about everything even though they did all they could to make sure I would get my dress in time for my sisters wedding but unfortunately customs had other plans. Chloe was great in communicating with me and responded in a timely manner. I would definitely order from them in the future and they have great quality dresses!!!

I never received the dress, I was expecting to received before this weekend and I needed that dress, it’s my sisters wedding. They gave me a tracking number but it says only label created since 10 may. I don’t needed refund, I needed the dress.

emailed back and forth with Chloe and other staff who kept asking for more measurements than I had and bothered a tailor twice and then the third time just did the last one on my own. No way without international fees to speak with someone directly there should be a free service to purchase and assist customers. I have not gotten the dress yet so cannot comment on it and there are no returns so if the dress does not fit cannot return it and still no dress for the wedding. Also, after I ordered it saw the dress on sale for less than what I am paying. I will need to see if the measurements I sent worked perfectly for the dress. Wish they had try before buy. Chloe and staff did their best to assist me by emails but took so long to finish.
