Absolute rubbish; those words describe the product/goods, as well as the customer service.
I ordered what I thought was a suit, only to receive something that I would’ve been ashamed to send to a customer if I were them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!! You have to pay to get it delivered to you, and then pay to send it back. Save yourself the hassle and expense and go elsewhere.
Quality was very poor, customer communication is pitiful. Customer service is unhelpful, and I wish I never ordered from here.

We have tried multiple times To get our money back from the dress, which did not fit. How can you say that you left extra material on the dress when it was supposed to be fit to size? I think you guys are not very professional. I want my money back. Credit it back to my account.I've tried multiple times again, an emailed you you said you will send me 75 dollars partial payment and not received any texts or email I had to buy another dress for our granddaughters wedding now I want the whole amount back and will send this stupid dress back and will never order anything from you again I am going to tell everyone I know and Facebook and Instagram what I went thru I'm calling my bank also

Cela va bientôt faire 1 mois que j’ai passer commande chez eu pour un costume et un gilet jusqu’à ce jour je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande qui plus est le service ne me réponds pas que je leur dis que j’attends ma commande j’ai commandé pour un mariage. Le service de livraison ne répond pas non plus.

The dress arrived with three spots like oil on the front by the armpit. The slip under the chiffon was inside out, meaning seams were on the outside. There was no hem, just cut fabric. When I complained they wanted pictures, I sent them two. They just argued with me. They would not allow me to return the dress. So buyer beware if you buy from this company. I had to buy another dress from Macys.

My dress arrived covered in light black mould. This could have happened in transit etc, however, Pomuyoo have completely ignored all my emails. The dress itself was lovely but I’m extremely disappointed to be ignored. I’m not paying £80 for a mouldy dress. So I’m having to go through my bank for a chargeback. I would steer clear of this business because if something happens to your dress on the way they’re not going to communicate.

Après avoir échangé à plusieurs reprises et avoir des informations très rapidement, j'ai commandé un costume pour mon mariage et il est très joli.
J'ai demandé à l'équipe de me fournir une petite pièce de tissu pour fabriquer un noeud papillon assorti à mon costume et cela m'a été envoyé avec et gracieusement.
Je suis ravie de savoir que derrière un écran d'ordinateur il y a des gens qui
confectionne et fabrique du rêve et je les en remercie.
Grace à cela mon mariage sera un moment unique.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the dress I recently received from Pomuyoo. The item I was sent does not match the product shown in advertised photos in several significant ways.
First, the color is completely different from what was displayed online. Additionally, the dress itself is poorly constructed—it is crooked and does not hang properly. The fabric is also not what was advertised, and overall the quality is far below what I expected for a purchase of nearly $100.

This company has went above and beyond and support/customer care experience is over the top! Ordered a suit for my soon to be husband and it fits him juat right! Following the sizing chart they have is 100% true to size! We paid for expedited shipping and they worked with me so well on communication and making sure we got the suit in time. This is one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever received. 100% going to turn to this company for our future vow renewal celebration/bigger dream wedding experience. If I honestly could I would give Pomuyoo a 10 star. They went above and beyond to make sure, I as a customer, was satisfied with the order and processing time.

I will never purchase from this company again. I purchased a suit to surprise my child for his prom and of course as a teen he didn’t like the style immediately after seeing it. I sent an email on the same day to request a refund but the company it so against me sending it back and keep asking me to keep the suit to give to a family member or friend. I keep explaining to them that i just want a refund. They just keep giving me the run around on how to send the suit back. They provided me with a return address but when i searched the address, its to a company that sales ultrasonic cleaning equipment. As a person who works for law enforcement I think this company should be investigated. What happened to the “No Hassle Return Policy” written on the website? I have been hassled for three day’s now going back and forth with emails trying to get my refund. Then they suggest you call them. who wants to call china to get the same run around and have money charged on their phone bill for the call? Anywhere I can put a review i will do just that (google, yelp, facebook, instagram etc). I’m so disappointed.

The dress that was made for me was perfect considering I am a funny shape. After issuing my sizes the dress was done to perfection.

Overall, I’m happy with this suit. Communication with the seller was good throughout the process. There was a slight delay in shipping due to the peak season, but the seller kept me informed, which I appreciated.

The suit looks just like the picture. I really like the colour and the material — it feels good quality and looks great in person. I ordered an XS (standard) on lilac. The trousers fit perfectly, but the vest and jacket are way bigger than expected and will need some tailoring to fit my size.

That said, the suit itself is nice and with a few adjustments it should look great. Overall, I would recommend it.

Bad workmanship shocking communication after offering a 50% reduction. Just keep ignoring emails about this refund

I ordered a 2-piece suit and separate pants for my Fiancé pants along with a Mother of the Bride dress for my Mum to wear to my upcoming wedding and despite measuring as per their request and ordering standard sizes, the pants and dress do not fit.

I contacted them to request returning the items and to order new ones and after 4 EMAILS, I have had no response!!
The lack of communication is EXTREMELY disappointing and has left me very stressful.

I am happy to pay the return fees, I just wanted someone to reply with the address to return!!!

AVOID as the Customer Services after care is non-existent!!!

I rated one star because they don't have zero. Do not do business with this website. I sent an email the next day and cancelled. They repeatedly lied and claimed they made it and when in fact they asked for dimensions and I cancelled. They refuse to refund anything. What they sent was awful and totally unusable. it was 2 sizes too small.
